I would have understood if I was informed that they were swamped and it would be a week or two for a response but I was kept in the dark. They seem to lack the ability to communicate with the client. I limped into town driving on the rim and visited Kaladar Auto Parts for help. They loaned me a padlock to lock-up the equipment while I went back to the rental place to get a new tire and wheel. When I returned the wheel didn't fit- Kaladar Auto suggested the bearings were the wrong size and I needed to buy a bearing kit ($17.00). Not being mechanically inclined I asked for help and they were great! They greased the bearings, inspected the wheel and gave me guidance. They even loaned me a hammer and punch to knock out the old bearing. They gave me a lot of time for free and I really appreciate it. It's great to have this kind of stellar service in a small town.
