And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. A brand new one cost $80 and I didn't think it was worth getting it for a 5 year old laptop. I rang up this place and they told me that they sold genuine apple used chargers for laptops. They were also able to bring it down to half the price of a new one, which really fit my needs. Also, I know that they buy back genuine apple products. I sold my iphone back to them.
