I would DIE before I make another appointment at this office. Dr. Keri Payne you should retire. Patient care is NOT your first priority. Awful. As a primary care physician you are not reliable or available. I don't even know why I still bother to schedule appointments here. Today was DEFINITELY my LAST!!!! read more

Rather disappointing experience based on the many positive ones on Dr. Lewin. I was a sick visit and he spent a mere 5 mins (after waiting 25mins) with me. Never checked my records, didn't ask me questions, and didn't note or consider relevant information in the visit summary. Felt very rushed and not considered as a patient holistically. I was mid sentence while he was reaching for the door handle to leave. I left feeling like my health didn't matter, just another insurance claim. No proper treatment plan. Will not be back and cannot recommend this doctor. The only good experience was the receptionist staff tried hard to fit me in that day. Regretfully with a doctor who made the experience a negative one. read more

This is absolutely the worst primary care facility in North Carolina if not the eastern half of the United States. If waiting 48 hours or longer for a response then this is the place for you if you need a person that doesn't care about you and will kick your issues down the road this is your guy. He simply doesn't have the ability or the life experiences a person (patient) would expect a doctor to have. read more

Gone are the days! So upsetting. I had a Cardiac Scoring performed on Friday and saw the results Monday. I called very concerned and asked to speak with the Doctor or Nurse. The RUDE lady said it can take up to 7 to 10 days to read the report. A nurse finally called 7 hours later and could not get to the phone fast enough. She was asking if I was talking about the physical performed a month earlier...Duh! Seriously, what happens when you have an emergency. This place has gone downhill fast. Go elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for years and have seen 4 different doctors. Always great care. Check in a breeze. Always greeted with a smile. Doctors take time with the patients and ask questions and listen well. They have literally saved my life and I'm thankful for this team of doctors. Highly recommend. read more

I was disappointed with my recent experience here and this unfortunately is not the first time. I have been going for several years and have only not left due to the difficulty in finding a new PCP. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, which made the conversation frustrating. There answers seemed to be scripted. When I tried to escalate the issue or speak with management, I was told I could speak with the voicemail of the manager, as the manager was likely not going to be available. I hope they improve their customer service and accessibility to management for better patient support in the future. I will now be choosing another practice that listens and put patients first. read more

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with what happened today at your office. We made an appointment because my child has a severe cough and a fever. Unfortunately, on the way to the appointment we got stuck in heavy traffic and realized we were going to be late. I called the office and explained the situation. I was told that arriving 15 minutes late would not be a problem and that I should still come in. I even asked again if it was worth coming or if we would be turned away, and I was reassured that we would be seen. I drove for 20 minutes in stressful traffic, rushing to get to your office -- only to be told by two people at the front desk that we would not be seen after all. This was extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially given my child's condition and the fact that I was told otherwise over the phone. This experience was unacceptable. If we had been informed properly during the call, I would not have put my sick child through the stress of the rushed trip. I expect better communication and more respect for patients' time and situations. read more

I've been coming to this office for over 15 years. The staff has always been attentive, helpful and caring.

Communication is so important; but not to this office. No one followed up with me. One office will just blame another office and leave you stranded in the middle. Patient care is not a priority to this practice. Everyone I spoke with was rude and had no clue what they were talking about bc the info changed with each new person on the phone. Absolutely HORRIBLE front desk workers. I have been going here for years and never had issues until the last few months. I went today for an appointment and when I got there the lady at the desk told me the dr I was seeing changed offices. I then told her that's ridiculous I wasn't notified and to please give me the number of my doctors new location. She then refused to give me the phone number and continued to raise her voice saying that I can just find it myself and when I asked again she completely ignored me. I will be reporting her to corporate. read more

I've been coming to this practice for years. I have switched my actual physician multiple times. I only come here because of my insurance or I would have switched years ago. The front desk staff is beyond rude. Wait times are insane. I have to come every 3 months for a med review and I cannot tell you how many times they have somehow managed to send the wrong prescription to my pharmacy or just not send it at all. The doctors don't care about their patients in the slightest. They don't remember a single thing about my case even though I'm here every three months. I've had multiple instances where I have an appointment and show up and somehow can't be seen. Go somewhere else, these people are terrible! read more

I have had SO much difficulty with the office and I FINALLY went to a new primary care and I am so happy I did. They have really poor follow through with anything that you call in about, switching pharmacies... forget about it, better luck with winning the lottery. Ultimately I made the decision to switch because I have a medication that I HAVE to take every day, very serious. Tried 3 times to get my prescription filled with ZERO luck. I almost went back into the hospital because of this and they seemed to be very unbothered but my situation, mind you this was a routine request just needed to have it sent to my new pharmacy. Apparently 3 of their staff don't know how to accomplish this, one of them being Keisha. read more

I've been a patient at this practice for 6+ years, and absolutely love my PCP - Dr. Kelley, however there has been a horrible decline in the level of customer service and genuine care, specifically over the past year. ...enough that I think it's time I start seeking a new practice. I've never been treated so poorly by a nursing staff, and unfortunately, it's not just a one off instance. My daily rx falls within a National shortage, and each month, I have to scramble to find pharmacies that have my dosage. Then, once I find a pharmacy, it's a knock down drag out to have them call it in with any bit of urgency. I end up going days and days without my medication. The nurses don't care enough to treat you like a human, and obviously lack the understanding that they're in a field to HELP people. So - do your job, ma'am/sir. Even when I request a call back from a nurse, I'm left ghosted. I've had nurses scream at me to stop talking, only to be hung up on (specifically, a nurse named Trish.) They're so worried about being "right," that they lose sight of the "right" thing to do. God forbid your medication is considered a controlled substance - they treat you like a drug addict who is looking for a come-up, and will address your concern when THEY feel they have time. All in all, the doctors are great, but unfortunately, the nurses are who you'll be dealing with 90% of the time, and the complete disregard for the patients' well-being will leave you with the feeling that you're just another number in their database. I welcome any of the leadership teams to reach out to me directly. I'd love to expand my examples of the sub-human treatment they offer patients that have placed their own health in your hands...for nearly ten years. I have had awesome drs with this place, unfortunately my last two have left the practice? Leaving me to pick another just to reestablish myself with a said new provider. Absolutely terrible. I just left the practice after moving my work schedule around and driving 50 minutes to the practice to be told they can't check my surgery scars due to getting diagnosed with strep 24 hours ago. I normally wouldn't be that angry but I specifically called yesterday asking if I should reschedule and was told I didn't have to. I am livid. read more

I've been going to CFP for over 20 years... never had a bad experience.... excellent physicians, nurses, support staff. They ALWAYS fit me in.... great people. read more
