They had "a note on my account saying I was no longer a patient" and the receptionist told me she had to talk to the manager about me before she could make me an appointment. Well she called me back hours later saying that she spoke with the manager and that things have changed since I was a patient and you are now required to join some MVP program for $1800/yr just to be a patient. Before I could even respond, she was already saying that seeing as I didn't find this acceptable and there was nothing she could do... don't go here, the receptionist twins are terribly rude and either require some MVP dues like an exclusive club or they will use this to get rid of you.

It seems like I have been to the doctor more since my husband, Garry , died than all my other visits put together. I know emotional pain causes many things and I have surely proved that to be the case. I was so sad when my primary physician retired a few years ago, but I have truly been blessed with a caring and dedicated doctor. She is a credit to her profession. I feel like she has pulled me from the trenches three times this year with serious emotional and physical ailments. Back in late August, my daughter and sisters reached out to her to prescribe something to help me function after Garry's unexpected death. Dr. Bathula called in medication within an hour of the request. In addition, she personally called me and sent me uplifting messages. I had two office visits with her during the months that followed. She was pleased to hear that Kim, my daughter, was moving in downstairs and supported her decision. She told me to spend time with Kim's fur babies saying, "it is the best therapy that you can practice!" In January, I was diagnosed by her with extremely high blood pressure. I made an appointment thinking that I had an ear infection because of ringing in the ears and a vise-like grip on my head. Without her fast action and knowledge of medications, I'm not sure I would be here to write about the problem. (I had never had a blood pressure issue). It was not just prescribing medicine and forgetting about me. She supported me throughout the process by having me keep a chart of my readings and sending her the numbers daily. Later, it was weekly. She called and she sent me encouraging messages. I felt very supported. In April, I began feeling fatigued and fuzzy. Later, I felt dizzy and thought that I had Vertigo. I made an office appointment. She ran numerous tests and discovered that my electrolyte levels were dangerously low. Again, she was attentive, supportive, and acted fast in her diagnosis. She called numerous times to see how I was feeling. She removed a blood pressure medication and my electrolyte levels are improving on their own. But, she has still stayed in touch. Dr. Stanislawki was very attentive and nice. I did not feel rushed at all and just put me at ease. Had to get bloodwork done, super quick and simple. The nurses who take care of that were patient and efficient at what they do. Everything is marked and labeled so you don't get lost at all.
