Prices are reasonable, they offer Veteran discounts and they have a fantastic promotion schedule. But the main reason is baseball: the Mets AAA team, these guys hustle every game. Commenting solely on "Drive the Glen"…read more Great deal and lots of fun. $30 per car gets you three laps around the track, though top speed is limited to 55 mph. That being said, if you're someone with a nice car who isn't afraid of it, show up early. Website says 45 minutes early, but you might want to be earlier. These are completely street legal cars (ex: a minivan with a clamshell on top) with regular people driving them, and the possibility of being stuck behind someone who is afraid of their own car is decent. On my run, we were stuck behind someone in a Nissan sentra doing 25-30 mph *on the straights* which was completely ridiculous. We lost sight of the pace car after one lap. You're *supposed* to keep within two car lengths, but clearly no one was policing that given the sentra, so I would do my best to drop back so I could take the exciting parts at the speed limit of 55 (e.g. the cichane, esses, etc.). It was difficult tho... 35 mph on a raceway straight is just soooo slow. So keep that in mind if you decide to go. Don't bother with tix and waiver online, they prefer if you do it all at the track, just bring a credit card. Slow drivers who have no business being anywhere near a racetrack aside, a great value and lots of fun!

Overall this is a great venue. There's been a few changes over the years, I'm not a fan of all tickets are now paperless... there's always a few people holding up the line struggling to pull up their tickets. For me I liked to keep my ticket stubs from the events.... Security personnel have always been nice and easy to work with. Ushers for different events are ok, sometimes they need help for the different seating arrangements. We had floor seats for a basketball game and we had to go through three different ushers because they didn't know where we should go. Football games are great, not a bad seat. Basketball is a bit different, I will only go if I have floor seats. The court distance to the seats are too far for me. Over the years I've seen a few concerts, usually they are pretty good.

They have soccer, basketball, volleyball, turf fields, and hard court spaces, so there's plenty for kids to do. Parking is limited, I had to park in a field, luckily the ground was frozen, but my long walk to the entrance was brutal. Also they charge to get in and watch the kids play, torn on that. I visited with my niece the last 3 years at other sports venues (Henrietta, Victor, and Gates) and no admission fee. It's only $5.00 to get in here, but that with far away parking in a field was no fun. Inside is ok, bathrooms ok, place seemed clean, concessions good. Had a nice visit with my niece while her daughter played Volleyball. Would go back, but prefer not too just due to admissions fee, and lack of parking, other than it's ok.

I'd be heavily concerned about bacterial infections. Took a break on the ' bench ' and couldn't believe the filth, not to mention the ice build up on the mats was horribly slippery...
