I asked many questions before our visit and specifically asked for Ellen to do the grooming and was assured she would. I discovered that he was groomed by someone else. He is well trained and easy to groom. He came home with very poorly trimmed nails, rough and close to dangerously short. I checked his ears and only one ear was cleaned out, the other was full of debris. His coat seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned and rinsed thoroughly.
