Money is better spent elsewhere. I haven't been treated this poorly by a business in a very long time. The groom took 90 minutes longer than expected, and I was not updated about a delay. The owner's response to my frustration about the timing was defensive, blaming of me and my pet, and took no responsibility for her company's delay in service. Who treats their customers this way? Finally, the groom was not done to completion as the fur around the face and neck was not groomed at all.

She has been my one and only pet sitter for several years for my four exquisite but needy cats, one of whom needs medication twice a day. She has taken the time to get to know each of them and what they like and need. After feeding, and scooping, and bringing in the mail and checking the house, she then spends time with each of them, playing with their favorite toys or grooming them in their favorite way. She does so much more than other sitters, and she truly cares about my creatures. I often have special-needs foster cats and kittens, and Janus takes care of them just as well every time. Janus checks in by email or phone to let me know how things are going, and I know that I can travel with confidence when Janus is coming over. My cats love her, and I wouldn't travel without booking Janus.

Brought my 6-yr old german shepherd in for an annual exam and a Bordetella vaccination. Brian Zulauf began by feeling around her body. He attempted to manipulate her leg and she went crazy. Clearly alot of pain. That is where the exam ended. He charged me for a "comprehensive physical". When I questioned the charge with the assistant, he had the audacity to say that he performed the exam. Wait..then he comes back into the room, takes out his stethoscope to listen to her heart to act like he was doing something. I am sitting right there watching everything!! This is me: So, you are telling me that you performed a comprehensive exam a minute ago and I missed it?" Zulauf: Yes. I could not hide my complete disgust. $69 for him to look me in my face and lie. Did I mention that he tried to give the Bordetella by mouth and half of it sprayed on me? His response..."its ok, she got enough." $40 for that. Man.. I have never been so angry and disgusted and hurt. I don't care if they are offering free services, I WILL NEVER RETURN. I am a professional and expect the same from the businesses I choose. I say... do what you want, but please know that this review is 110% accurate.

In all my years of taking pets to vets I've never had the vet examine my pet without an asst or tech....thus her "checkup" was quick and scant. I took her back for anal gland issue and she's been worse than before we went. I liked the fact it was closer to where I lived but I won't compromise my cat's health just for a shorter ride to get there. I will add the receptionists were very nice and helpful though.
