I was waiting for them to take my dog and they were arguing about who had to take the next doodle type dog. They were not friendly didn't trim my little dog at all like the pictures I sent and they were expensive. After several tries I gave up especially after I heard them not wanting to do certain dogs. so unprofessional to do it with me standing there.

Very disappointed with the service. We recently moved to…read morethe area and needed a professional groomer for our 5 year old American Lab. He has skin allergies and must be groomed twice a month. I asked many questions before our visit and specifically asked for Ellen to do the grooming and was assured she would. I discovered that he was groomed by someone else. He is well trained and easy to groom. He came home with very poorly trimmed nails, rough and close to dangerously short. I checked his ears and only one ear was cleaned out, the other was full of debris. His coat seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned and rinsed thoroughly.
