I filled out the paperwork and was taken to a dressing room. I was given a key to secure my belongings. I had never had an MRI before but was told what to expect before the procedure began. I was a bit surprised that it was going to take 20 minutes inside the machine. The machine was noisy, but again, it didn't bother me. The entire experience took less than an hour. I felt the staff was kind and the original Doctor that I had been introduced to was extremely accommodating in arranging the appointment without delay. My Dr. Kenneth Taylor received the results also in a timely manner and I was able to begin physical therapy immediately.

The many forms I filled out were of poor quality and could tell they had been copied many times. I was taken to a room and asked to take off some of my clothing and empty my pockets including my wallet. I was told my personal effects would be secured, but when I returned to retrieve them, they were not, and a key was in the door. The technician was itinerant who traveled wherever the parent company needed him. I had not been told my MRI would be with contrast. We had to wait for the doctor to arrive to inject the dye. It was very painful, and no empathy. The MRI was also very painful and louder than any previous. The machine appeared to be from the 70's. Definitely imaging on the cheap.

Despite wearing a mask, I became ill for nearly an entire week after this appointment - a COLD virus. All I can say is: thank God it wasn't the Coronavirus, to which me and my spouse are particularly vulnerable. You should be thankful, too, Quest, because otherwise we'd be talking litigation.

In midyear 2023 they no longer accepted my insurance provider Cigna Dental. The only change for me was that MGM Dentistry moved from an in network provider to an Out of Network provider. Out of Network providers with Cigna Dental are still paid and I have a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE for two annual routine dental visits. After several requests to this group to file my claim correctly they have done nothing and continue to invoice me $250 plus for a cleaning that clearly is a ZERO deductible to me. To further complicate and inconvenience me is that MD is in the middle of replacing a warranted crown that I paid in full. The crown procedure cracked my tooth root and two months later I am paying an Oral Surgeon to extract the tooth and prepare my jaw for an implant. However I remain in limbo since MD can't get my coverage straight. I never asked for this situation and I feel MD has dropped the ball and is unwilling to take the task to manage a transition in insurance coverage created by their action.

I saw he had several compliments, wish I saw that Dr. Howell. I found him to be dismissive, since my X-ray didn't show damage. He did not listen to my concerns. He gave a cursory, at best, examination. My knee has been giving out and I have fallen to the ground because of it. He offered no solution, until I brought issue up again. Then offered a brace. I have some health issues...allergic to the contrast dye for a CT scan and have an internal device that was not sure if I could have an mri. He then told me he didn't know what he could do for me. I had expected him to give me a thorough assessment and discuss possible issues instead of dismissing me.

We showed up to see two qualified individuals behind the desks but you had to get carpal tunnel checking in where they ask the same questions again and again. Finally I had enough and asked the lady to sign me in which she referred me to the machine, but then checked and apparently it signed us in somewhere along the line. Then we were give a tablet to answer even more questions. After 40 minutes passed in the lobby I asked are we being seen today? "oh he's running a tad behind, but you are next." So why did they even want us to show up earlier?!? It is not like I asked to come in earlier and you were doing me a solid. YOU called me. No way you suddenly get 40 minutes behind. This is horrible customer service and time management on their part. We waited 50 minutes before be called. Then we went to our very own waiting room (room that doctor may eventually come to). Waited there for about 15 minutes before they came in to do one thing. That's right, we waited more than an hour to do anything. So if we kept our original appointment time we would have been seen about 5 minutes after checking in instead of 65 minutes. This is why they teach Algebra in school. If a doctor is running a "tad" late...then no you should not ask people to come in earlier. But once the doctor saw us he quickly assessed and treated the patient and let them be for a few minutes and came back to ensure that they were all good and the issue was in fact fixed. He answered all our questions and was great. So 1 star for the staff who called us in early despite the doctor being behind schedule and for the ridiculous wait, but 5 stars to the doctor.

PLEASE READ: So I gave this establishment a call at 4:58pm & I asked them an insurance question. I was literally 20 mins away. I saw the establishment closed at 6 so I had a decent amount of time to get there so my daughter could be seen. I pull up at 5:33pm. I get to the doors & they are locked. In my mind I thought maybe the doors were locked for safety purposes being that it's daylights saving and it's getting closer to closing time. So I knocked harder just in case they were in the back and couldn't hear me. Next thing you know I hear a woman that's parked near the front door literally roll her window down and scream rudely, "We're closed!" I then stated, "Well, I just got off the phone with you all and y'all didn't mention anything about closing early, plus the hours online state that you all close at 6pm." She again abruptly yells out, "WELL WE'RE CLOSED, you must be DAMN mad or something the way you're banging on the door!" & then she proceeded to laugh!! I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK!!! I literally thought this was a prank! Here I am standing outside a suppose to be "professional establishment" with my 2 year old daughter, & my 5 year old niece while this "suppose to be professional woman" is laughing In my sick daughter's face about being closed! In response to her ignorance I stated, "Now I see why this establishment is almost a 2 STAR in reviews & rating!!" The story gets worse! As I'm walking to my car with 2 children this grown woman is still cursing and laughing! So I pull my phone out and begin to record! I recorded the building, the time/date which was located on my Apple Watch and it just so happen that the tag plates are seen as well! ( Now The WORST PART) This grown woman gets out her car open the facility back up with the keys to the building and said come sign in since you want to be seen so bad!! Whoever that was left in the building must have asked, "Who are you arguing with?" She loudly yells, "Some ghetto dumb ass lady!" Meanwhile, she's in her work clothes in front of her work building cursing in front of the establishment while I'm RECORDING her! But I'M the DUMB ONE?! Again I'm in complete shock because now this ignorant "suppose to be professional" has acknowledged that you were suppose to be open but you decided to close the doors! Which to me indicates to me a number of things! I will be taking this to the highest level that I can legally. As a professional woman thinking I'm walking into a professional establishment only for me to have to literally cover my sick daughter's ears from profanity is beyond me!! After reading through reviews I see clearly this is a normal practice at this establishment b/c they have a # of 1 star reviews complaining about the same thing! This is very unfortunate but in hindsight this may have been what needed to happen, I'm a woman of my word & this is now personal for me b/c my 2 year old daughter was involved! I will ensure that this is reported on ALL LEVELS! & if you experience this please contact the Better Business bureau SN: I attached the phone call I made prior to me showing up, I've also attached their online # & address. Just in case they try to change the name/number of this establishment b/c again I'm taking this as far as I can legally/through the media & all My 2 year old daughter was involved and should have not witnessed that!
