A bride's worst nightmare. We had to scramble and ask a family member to make a bouquet out of random flowers. We tried everything to reach them - even Instagram - but no response. When I called Tuesday morning to ask what happened - they said "We told you to pick up your bouquet before noon." I don't remember them saying that - but ok, even if they did - couldn't they have called me on my cell - tracked me down - left a message. When they locked up on Saturday afternoon, did that not occur to anyone? I was told Ms. D (not using her name) tried to call you - and I checked and the only calls were my frantic calls to try to locate my bouquet an hour before the ceremony. Even if Ms. D called (which after triple checking, she did not), why wouldn't she leave a message? No staff to deliver the bouquet? No problem. Take it to your off-site event and I'll send an Uber or a family member to pick up my bouquet. Yes, they apologized - then they said you wouldn't believe the number of people who forget to pick up their flowers. What?!?! Then he hung up on me. Wow. Awful service, especially for a small business. Wouldn't trust them again with anything big or small.

It's a great as a parasol and it's also waterproof and rain ready too. The umbrella is definitely unique and pretty. I liked the satin and lace parasols as well, quite distinct. The white ruffle unbrella is $123. The satin and lace costs $58. Karen greeted us and chatted us up for a while. She was repairing or making a new umbrella in the back. She mentioned they sell umbrellas online as well and suggested we take a brochure. Saw some cute Swarovski crystal handled shoe horns, walking canes and fans too. They have some vintage handled umbrellas as well. The ruffle umbrella just barely fit into our larger suitcase, diagonally though. The have vintage umbrellas for rental.
