Paola was awesome in helping me pick out the perfect setting for my engagement setting. I dont always pick the right thing for me and eventually I am not satisfied. She was very easy to work with and listened to what I liked. She was able to get them to modify the 4 prong setting to a 6 prong setting for the item I selected. Everything was NO PROBLEM. I have used them for repair also. They are thorough and timely! Paola is the BEST!!!! I feel very safe with leaving my items and there is a JPSO deptuy on site as well. I love my new ring!!! THANKS
