Pros- As far as a being a client goes, they are pretty great, responsive to my advise and flexible when schedules conflict. I usually drop by their offices once every two weeks to check in, the work atmosphere is relaxed and I always feel welcome. They have a good sense for business and the workload has gradually increased over time (a good thing). Their clients seem to enjoy them and, from what I've seen, tend to stick around. Cons- As the company has expanded they have sometimes placed a lot of work me at once, sometimes filling up my plate too much and making it hard balance their projects with those of my other clients. Ultimately its a good problem to have, but it definitely made me learn to manage my time efficiently.

To kick things off, it took two weeks after purchasing to get on our career coaching call. Little did I know that was actually one of the faster turnarounds through the process. After our first meeting, which I did find helpful and I wish there was more of, it took three weeks to receive my first version of a resume, which unfortunately contained a few mechanical errors as well as sections and bullet points that did not match. After some more back and forth over the next 12 days, I finally received a resume that I could use, though I ended up just making more a refined version on my own. The completed updates to my LinkedIn than took another month, though I will admit my own response slowed after essentially moving forward with the recruitment process on my own at this stage. Frankly, the revisions for LinkedIn also did not make a lot of sense for what I wanted in my target roles and lacked focus. From starting in early July to finishing in mid-October (4 months), we finally finished the process. I do not expect any follow-up from Resume Scripter based on how self-guided the experience was. If there were more opportunities to hop on calls to discuss feedback and strategy beyond the single 45 minute session at the beginning, then I think the experience would have gone more smoothly.
