She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. She was friendly, professional and took time to review my jewelry documentation and carefully inspect my jewelry while completed a short form She clearly explained the appraisal process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. As a nice touch, Nisha also offered to clean my ring after the inspection. I received my appraisal via email withing the promised 7-10 business days. I called the place and they told me that they were a David Yurman Boutique and that they keep more inventory than the David Yurman store in Buckhead. I visited the location shortly after to find that they do carry a lot of David Yurman inventory. However, they did not have the specific item I was looking for. They told me that the David Yurman store in Buckhead only carries items for men...well I knew that was not accurate as I have been shopping at the Buckhead location for 15 years. They also told me that they could check the Buckhead location for inventory. I thought that was odd and opted to go to the Buckhead location anyway. Once an associate came to help me, I had what I wanted in less than 60 seconds. I will try Brown & Company again as it is a large store. I've had to have multiple items fixed when purchased from this store, the last item I needed fixed they gladly took it claimed to fix and did not. the item came back to me weighing less than it did when I dropped it off, the item shows markings from jewelry tools it should not and have not ever had on it. if you have white gold they will replace it with yellow, hoping you don't notice, lab diamonds; if you don't know you might be told they're real. if you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE , DO NOT TAKE IT TO DYNASTY JEWELRY AND LOAN. This has everything to do with the owners, the In/out of house jewelry repair workers and NOTHING to do with anyone working in the front of house.
