Based on reviews, I took a diamond ring guard to this jeweler who checked it for clarity & color. Michelle is the diamond expert & was kind enough to not charge me. Upon arriving, I was met by Roxanne who welcomed me. This review gets better! Upon leaving, the battery in my key fob died so Roxanne saw me trying to find where to put the key to open the door. She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! They are located right across the street from the energy center on Sugarloaf Parkway (in front of the Kroger). They specialize in fine and custom jewelry. Parking is free and plentiful in front of their establishment. As you enter the main building entrance doors, you are greeted by a front lobby/sitting area to your left and one of their exceptional showrooms on your right. Continue walking straight through another pair of double doors and you see their main show room floor area which is absolutely breathtaking and elegant. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. You feel welcomed and treated like royalty. I visited to seek some assistance and guidance on a custom idea I wanted performed on my engagement ring. Joseph was very knowledgeable and guided me in what he recommended was my best and most beautiful option. With an item as sentimental and precious as ones engagement ring, I was very nervous and scared to leave it in the care of a stranger I just met. But with Joseph, you feel this sense of trust and honesty which made me feel at ease. I knew my ring was in good hands. All the work is done on premise and very quite quickly I may add. My custom request was completed in less than a week! Incredible! And the quality of work is breathtaking. I came in to Armen & Joseph for a watch repair and left highly impressed. Sometimes when I go into a jewelry store, I feel a hint of arrogance in the air. Not here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. While dropping my watch off, I had a chance to take a look at the large selection of jewelry and look forward to making my next purchase there. When my watch was finished, I received a call and everyone was just as nice as the first visit. Also, I noticed a family of three making what appeared to be a large purchase at a desk. There seemed to be no pressure and the gentleman helping them knew what he was talking about. I can now say that I have a trusted jeweler! They are the BEST! I went Armen and Joseph Jewelers to repair my very unique engagement ring. Rarely have I taken it off since my husband gave it to me years and years ago. One day I noticed a diamond had fallen out of my ring, I was devastated. I thought it would never be as beautiful as it had been. I checked with several different jewelers but none of them made me feel comfortable enough to trust that they could repair it. I am very displeased with the service at Armen and Joseph. I took a watch in for crystal replacement. It was agreed they would not open the back of the watch nor make any repairs. When the watch was returned, it was not working. After two visits and numerous calls, they agreed to refund the money, but asked I return the crystal. Really?
