I could say a lot of things about my experience everything from him having me look up smc codes to him sending the legal documents to the wrong address (which pushed our court date back 2 months), there's honestly a lot I can say. The amount of errors he made, made me question whether or not he was working for me or against me. There is no way a competent attorney should be making the amount of mistakes he was making. After 10 months he was still spelling my name wrong on the legal documents. He would also copy information from previous cases because he would forgot to change the names and dates on those documents. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional, he'll never answer once he has you as a client, he'll claim he never said things that he did. Stay away from this lawyer and law firm; I get he might be on the cheaper side but you'll pay 10 times more later due to all his mistakes. He doesn't have a good reputation; if you're going through any legal matters especially evictions in the king county area, dont be cheap, hire a good, reputable, experienced attorney or else you'll end paying more in time and money later. Please learn from my very expensive mistake seek legal representation somewhere else. Or you'll end up having to go through the process all over again. Lastly here are just a couple of things I had to experience working with Chuck. - Rarely answers the phone once I became his client. - Won't give you an update on the case; I had to call and ask. - Astronomical amount of spelling/ grammatical errors that I had to fix. - Had me look up SMC codes to add to the notices (isn't that his job?). - I had to re write numerous legal documents over and over because he couldn't do it without numerous mistakes. - Didn't check his work before submitting it; I'm his client yet someone else's name is in the paperwork. He would just copy information from other cases. - Some legal documents were written in pen instead of typed; and his hand writing is illegible. I'm his client who told him the information, and even I can't read/ understand what he wrote. - I had to submit the legal documents to the court because he didn't know how. Numerous documents were rejected when he submitted them because they were not submitted correctly. - Couldn't get printer to work so he sent evidence photos in black and white. I'm the one who took the photos and even I couldn't tell what I was looking at. Photos were pretty much useless. - Said he would submit legal documents by a certain day but wouldn't submit them for weeks. NOT days WEEKS. All in all, learn from my experience and just hire a good experienced attorney; yes it's expensive but you'll be happy that someone who actually knows what they're doing is representing you. Even though I have to go through this process again, it feels like a million pounds has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I'll never have to work with Chuck again! Chuck needs to do himself and his clients a favor and just retire and close this law firm down for good!

Pros: They got the job done…read more Cons: 1. They are very unorganized. They usually put you on hold between 5 - 10 minutes to look for your case; and they charge you for it. They even charge me when they are asking about my military background when that has nothing to do with the case; and charge me for it. 2. I understand current eviction cases volume are very high and takes time. However, we were passed on to 3 different lawyers in the firm within 6 months and have to constantly resend them information when everything is already annotated sequentially. 3. They DO NOT get back to you. They sometimes get back to your email if you send them a follow up email a week after. If you don't follow up with email, they will not even get back to you. Calls are a hit and miss. Sometimes they will answer you and sometimes they will tell you they'll call you later. They do not call you. You'll need to call them.

I got to pay for my lnew lawyer to research a case that was already research resulting in double dipping. Should have told me they were not able to help me with the specific needs of my case because medical staff issues and the nuances of the medical field is not what they do and then they will keep you to juice you for billable hours. Not at all happy and I feel like they could care less about me. I was just a dollar sign. If you can hire them on contingency or for a set retainer with % of settlement fine but do not pay out of pocket or they will run up those hours.

Someone needs to supervise intake/receptionist at law firms like these because I legitimately had a case against a employer who wrongfully terminated me for reporting a patient who threatened me for being a physical therapy aide on my orientation day. I brought up a safety concerned and I got fired the next day at irg physical therapy gateway. They even promised to work with me on my report but a manager the next morning gave word to fire me the next morning. I also found out they have been lying about why I got fired. While the firm did waive the consultation fee after I explained my financial situation, I had concerns about the contingency agreement and the process overall: Fee Structure: The contract required me to pay 33-45% of the total recovery, including any court-awarded attorney fees. At the time, I didn't realize that under WLAD, defendants are supposed to pay attorney fees separately from damages. After my consultation, I did my own research and learned this is known as "double-dipping," which can significantly reduce a client's net recovery. Case Valuation: During our conversation, Nidal told me he did not see my claim reaching six figures. He seemed to undervalue the potential of my case, which prompted me to do more research on my own. Later, I discovered published cases like Snell v. DSHS, where plaintiffs in similar or even weaker positions received much larger verdicts. Contract Terms: I found the firm was not flexible on contract terms related to medical liens, termination penalties, or interest rates-terms I now know are important for client protection. Second Opinion: Weeks/months later after our discussion, I requested to speak with another attorney at the firm who specialized in employment law. I did not receive a response, which left me feeling unsupported. For anyone considering this firm: Make sure you understand how court-awarded attorney fees will be handled in your case. Do your own research on case values and contract terms. Be aware that you may not get a second opinion if you disagree with the initial assessment. I only give 1-star or 5-star reviews-pass or fail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm for WLAD discrimination cases.
