Since working with Mr. Dabling, our tenant has stayed in our commercial property continuing business and using utilities for an additional 4 months because we still haven't achieved the legal right to lock them out. I found him on Avvo, and yes, I did confirm his active business license first. Our household has worked with NUMEROUS attorneys over the years in various specialties. We are reasonable and know what to expect, how payment works, how long evictions or other cases usually take, and Mr. Dabling is the worst we have ever come across. We would not have worked with him if our previous eviction attorney that we stayed with for 20 years hadn't retired.
