So many people stopping by and interacting. The non-food/wine products were really fun -- most interesting selection of Baggu I've seen, and just lots of fun stuff. If I had a place for it, a candle holder would have come home with me. There's actually a decent sized parking lot right out front so don't hesitate to swing by!

I made haste when they announced they were considering closing shop. When I finally did visit, I was not disappointed. I chatted at length with the shop clerk, learned about their natural wine selection, even got to sample a crisp white wine, and explored everything that was part of their eclectic inventory. I came away with quite a few impulse buys, but I really enjoyed the experience! Looks like they're sticking around since they renewed their lease and even started up a new coffee shop/eatery in the same plaza. It's in a no frills location and it quite small, but is chock a block with spices you just cannot find at typical stores. Also they carry more whole leaf and seed spices which is always preferred due to their flavor retention. One of the spices we were looking for was empty I it's bin but after inquiring we were presented with more stock from the back. Be sure to look up and down as the spice bins are very closely displayed in the compact space. I word of warning, the moment you park and enter the lot you will smell the spices. I did find myself needing to cough a little as the spices are pungent and can irritate your air passages. The owner was so friendly offering advice about storage methods. She recommended mason jars. I always store my spices in glass jars as it's the best for spices. The prices were quite good and I really enjoyed being able to find several spices at such good prices.
