I was charged for two Chipotle Ranch sauces but wasn't informed of the additional charge when I asked for them. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I believe customers should be made aware of additional charges when ordering. The tray also comes with a sauce, but I still had to ask for it. I was genuinely looking forward to having a great experience and sharing a positive review on my socials to continue bringing attention and hype to the restaurant. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I can no longer do that.
