This is an older ship and it really looks it. The main areas are really dated looking, most of the bar areas are open areas , like lobby bars. There are one or two enclosed bars. They tended to be completely empty. There was a piano bar that got some people. There was one small nightclub for dancing, but they didn't open until 11 so honestly, I never got there. It would've been nice if they had some other dancing options earlier in the evening. they had a lot of music, but it was all out in lobby areas so nobody was really dancing, just sitting at the bars, listening to the music. They had one show one night they had a comedy show a couple of nights but again the comedy show was mostly late at night. It seemed like it was the same guy so I'm not sure if he had the same act over and over again. Another night's entertainment was bingo and another night's entertainment was deal or no deal, and another night's entertainment was sort of a newlywed game. I would not call this really great entertainment for evenings. The food was another major disappointment...really really subpar. I had an interior state room, which honestly was fine. It was plenty roomy enough bathroom also had plenty of room and there was a lot of closet space and drawer space for clothes. The biggest issue I had with the room was that it only had one outlet also their hair blower is situated in a drawer, and it has a super tiny Cord, so I literally had to get down on my knees to use it. I love that they have so many photographers all over the place and they change the backdrops every night so you can take a million photos.thats a lot of fun. It's a super cheap cruise so I guess you can complain too much but ultimately you get what you pay for.

I went on a 3-day sailing with my husband to Nassau, Bahamas. We had a blast onboard. The Conquest is an older ship which doesn't have a lot of the newer bells and whistles. Embarkation- We embarked out of Miami and it was a mad house it reminds me of pre-pandemic. We arrived at our scheduled time with through screening. There was a lot of people on this cruise. Social distancing was a thing of the past. All of the Carnival people wore mask not so many of the cruisers. It was crowded and a bit confusing because groups of people were holding up the process. Even it was a bit hard to spot the porters to check-in your luggage with all the people standing around. The gangway is hot so take your time. Onboard/cruise- Once onboard we went right to our room 6348. Our room steward was Min. We only spoke to him twice because we didn't have any issues. We told min that we would like evening cleanings, some tp, a box fan, and 2 robes which we got the extra tp. He advised us that the fans would come from guest services. Unfortunately, I never received our robes. The bathrooms do not come with bar soap only shower gel in the shower which we used to wash our hands. Bathrooms use to come with some additional cups but I guess that is newer ships. Steakhouse- I love going to the steakhouse. I wish the servers were a bit understanding and even ask me how I want my steak seasoned. I do not put salt on my steaks I prefer garlic, onion, and back pepper on my steak. I wanted the salad with spinach with no salad dressing. Instead of the traditional salad dressing I wanted red wine vinegar and olive oil. Salad dressing has a ton of sodium which I am trying to avoid. It seem complicated to ask for red wine vinegar. I was able to get olive oil. Comedy Shows- Moni, was ok. I did not think she was funny. My husband love Alan C... I can't remember his last name. I really enjoyed Nery S.. something. Carnival misspelled his name on the sign. We never saw a server to order drinks but no biggie the show was only 30 mins. We ordered drinks before and after the show. Dining- We had Jeffery and Bada who were amazing! I can tell Jeffery has a passion to lip sing. The dining team was very friendly and accommodating. Excursion- We purchased the Balmoral Island Stingray excursion. Do not book this excursion! The 3 out of the 5 bathrooms were out of order. There was no running water in one of the bathrooms they just gave us hand sanitizer. That can not be hygienic! The did not serve Bahamian food or food to Carnival standard. Our burger patties were burnt and did not come with condiments (I.e., lettuce, tomato, honey mustard). One burger cost $15 and a small bag of chips is $5. You can pay with your card but can't tip the wait staff on your card. No need to worry they did not have enough wait staff to serve. I sent a complaint to Carnival Guest Services due to the substandard conditions. I assumed we can purchase one photo similar to what you can do on the ship. Unfortunately, the excursion required you to purchase all of the photos for $80. Disembarking- We purchased an excursion through Carnival Top Ten of Miami around 4pm on Sunday. We were supposed to receive luggage tags but did not get them. I called Guest Services and did not reach anyone. I swung by Guest Services and the line was looooonnnnngggg. My husband had to carry our heavy luggage downstairs. I love cruising so this will not make me stop. I hope this info provides fellow yelpers tips.

We got the room with a balcony, which a little smaller than I expected. Having the balcony was great, except when our neighbors would be smoking (cigarettes or marijuana). So in those occasions we had to go back inside until the smell subsided. This ship is a little older than some of the other cruise ships I've been on. But it's kept clean and tidy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had some rocky seas so thankfully I brought Dramamine to help with that. But lots of fun shows, plenty of opportunities for excursions and lots of yummy food to choose from. While I think I'll choose a newer ship next time, the price in this trip couldn't be beat! And we had a good time!

This was our 1st cruise, and it ported out of Miami for 9 days with stops in Cayman Islands, Panama Canal, Limon Costa Rica, and Cartegena Columbia We flew from our home in NC to Miami the day before, which we recommend as Miami Airport is not on the list of good airports. We caught a shuttle to our hotel and stayed overnight. We caught a shuttle for 10 bucks to the port, and they dropped us off directly in front of the ship. As soon as we got off the shuttle, a porter was standing by to grab our bags. Tipped him 20 bucks, which got our bags to our room quickly. The boarding process was similar to TSA. We got our cruise cards, cleared security, and went to our muster area for check-in. Our sea days were awesome, with there always being something to do and never a dull moment. The food was pretty good, and the service was awesome. Did swimming with stingrays in Cayman and turle sanctuary, which was great 6/10. Banana plantation and rainforest in Limon Costa Rica 8/10. Land and sea excusion with Fort visit in Cartegena Columbia 8/10. There was a protest in Panama, so we did not port out of safety concerns. We did feel sort of rushed on the excusions. It was fun overall and met a lot of people. Disembarking was horrible as we were delayed 5 hours due to other ships returning at the same time. Getting our bags and clearing customs was a major downer as it was disorganized and hectic. Recommend making plans to return home the following day as we did, which prevents missing flights. This ship is older and smaller, and it made the experience a lot more fun for us 1st timers. We will cruise with carnival again. Recommend doing research on ship, excursions, and ports prior to scheduling a trip.

We were booked on Carnival Conquest from August 5-8 from Miami. I booked a total of 9 staterooms for 29 of my family members for our first family vacation and was so excited to be on the cruise. But nonetheless, to say I am extremely dissatisfied with this ship is an understatement. It was false advertisement, because the ship did not meet my expectations as what I expected from online. It was outdated and not appealing in any way especially the pool deck where my kids spent the most time in. Pool was not appealing, it had a lot stains and rust everywhere. The pictures online were very deceiving and in no shape or form close to what reality was. Our bed linens were dirty, rooms dirty, bed linens with blood stains on it and our towels had a nasty smell to it. The AC vent was open and hanging off the ceiling in one of our other rooms. Not to mention that some of our rooms AC was not working forcing us to use a fan. It was just a total disappointment to have our first family vacation on this ship.

First time & last time. The service was not good as expected as previous times. Food was bland with no flavor or seasoning, the in room dinning waiters were not as friendly as you would like them to be, also encountered that my wife requested a dessert and the waiter refused because it wasn't on the selected menu provided but was available due to us having it for lunch. Portions were very small like for kids size portions. There also wasn't much activity during the day except drinking, which they were constantly never stopping asking us if we needed any drinks, no matter where we were. The ship's decor seemed old & dark. The room were not much better either. The pool area was overcrowded there was no way anyone else could go in unless you don't mind having a stranger right next to you. Which gave me another concern of 3 Security Guard presence by the pool area at all time during the day. The buffets were no better they served the same type of meat Roast Beef on Fri - Sun. The Director was on Point & the SHOW of LOVE & MARRIAGE was GREAT & The COMEDIAN WAS GREAT TOO ..PG & Rated R but not enough to go back.

Let's start off I booked a cruise from Miami to Bahamas February 20-24, 2023. It was my first cruise. First day was okay. I felt like we needed more entertainment. There should be staff helping and showing us around. It was so confusing, every time I ask for help, the staff was confused. Majority of the staff didn't speak English clearly. They were very nice. I felt like they needed more training. Wifi-I notice the WiFi was horrible during my stay so I decided to purchase from them. It was $60 for the basic social media. Some area the WiFi was slow, for the most part it did work. Pixels Gallery- One of the staff name JACOB. Horrible customer service. I didn't get his last name. He shouted in my face. Yes I complained but nothing was done. The manager for the Pixels Gallery name Vignesh. Vignesh very rude, he shouted he will refund my money. The pictures do come out nice but service was horrible. Food/Drinks- burgers was AMAZING!!!!! The best on the cruise. The breakfast was good, lunch, dinner. I'll definitely give it 10/10. Now the drinks reg juices HORRIBLE. The water machine was barely working, lemonade machine wasn't really lemonade. For breakfast the drinks machine is perfect. Once it's lunch time it's like the machine is bad to use. They do have a lot of free stuff on the cruise but sometimes they don't say. This lady on the cruise told me they give out coupons books, barrels, and etc. We were never notified. I was very disappointed. Ask questions that's the best way. I'll recommend going with a group, family trip. You'll have more fun. Overall Carnival Conquest Cruise rating 6/10.

This review is closer to 4.5 stars rather than 4 but not up to the perfect review. Sailed 12/16 to 12/22 boarding was a breeze. They really have it down to a science. We waited in one line about 20 minutes because we did not listen the lady who said head right up to our room. The cabin was what we expected but we really liked having a balcony this trip. We used it a lot. The food court food was much better than average for a boat. I learned quickly what items I like the best and tried a few new things. Guys burgers and fries were very good. The deli was excellent every time we tried it. The pizza had long lines but once you get it you know why. Always hot and fresh. All servers always had smiles on the faces nice words if you take the time to engage. We had early dining in the Monet room. We had an excellent server named Joesph who would alway be patient with us even when a few may have had too much of a good time a few times. The only knock was the food was not as hot as I like it which can be expected when serving this many people every night. The ports were amazing. Nassau is our least favorite once again. I think the next time we pass through I would skip this island. The next port is Half Moon Cay which is beautiful and is a private island so no locals selling anything. Best water on the trip. Grand Turk was very nice and water is a little warmer than the first two stops. Amber Cove was a perfect spot. The pool is very large and warm. Drinks are very reasonable and food was good not great. If we go again I would go back to the boat for lunch then back to the pool. Going through Customs was very smooth. Great cruise looking to go again soon.

Carnival Conquest was my very first cruise. I was nervous as I am not very good on boats and was worried about sea sickness. I need not have worried as I was fine. Conquest is rather jaded, but homely and comfortable. A perfect introduction for me. The staff were friendly, helpful and sweet. Embarking and de barking ran very smoothly. The food was decent, especially in the buffet zone. My only complaint is the lack of soft drinks, which I get as they want you to purchase drinks whilst cruising. As I was on a budget I did not want to do this. They only had very slow running water, which took for ever and a day to get a decent amount, and the most hideous lemon soft drink. That was it. We were a bit disappointed in the sit down restaurant though. The portions are small and the food is more or less the same as what you can get in the buffet area. I tried frog legs, which was a cool concept, but I was not a fan. The entertainment was decent. I loved the open air cinema on the top deck. The pools were decent and cleaned every evening. My room was an interior one with no window. I found it a bit cramped, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Carnival Conquest Launched in 2002, the Carnival Conquest was the first cruise ship in Carnival's Conquest-class series of ships. At 110,000 tons and with a capacity of 2,974 passengers, it's one of the bigger cruise ships. The interior décor theme of the ship seems to be that of French Artists with most areas of the ship with names like Toulouse-Latrec Theater, Degas Lounge, Henri's Disco, the Renoir and the Monet Restaurant, etc. Indeed the Renoir has a total take off on the artistic design of the Eiffel Tower. I took an 8 day Western Caribbean cruise about the Conquest and found it to be a complete joy with exquisite food and services. Though Carnival has the reputation of being the Walmart of the seas, I've always found its passengers and entertainment offerings to be the best of most cruise ships. Others, like Holland America have well deserved reputations of being floating nursing homes or Cunard with its reputation for arrogance and snootiness. But as Carnival would put it, they have a ship for the choice of everyone within their fleets.

Took the family on a cruise on this ship and we had a lot of fun. It was my first cruise, so I didn't know what to expect. A few friends gave me advice on what to do and what to expect. Embarking was a smooth process. Disembarking also went smoothly, but took twice as long as getting on the ship. The cruise director, Matt, was a blast. He was friendly, witty, and kept the party going the entire five days. The food was great, no matter where we got it from. Our room was cleaned by our steward, Aris, daily. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly to us. We stopped in Jamaica, which is a poor country formerly under British and Spanish rule, and took a day trip. The locals were aggressive in trying to sell us anything they could, including cab rides, excursions, souvenirs, food, marijuana, you name it. We walked through the crowd of pushy salesman to the end of the port entrance where the local cab drivers stayed. We approached a local driver/tour guide named Sylvan Beckford, and ended up getting an excursion through him directly for far less than you would pay by booking through Carnival. We had a great time in Jamaica. We also stopped in Grand Cayman where you could snorkel, jet ski, parasail, eat, swim, etc. We opted to swim and hang out at the public beach. We caught a cab to and from the beach for $10/person. The water at the public beach was very clear and the sun was hot, just like we had hoped. We spent a couple hours swimming before returning to the ship. There were many things to do on board the Conquest such as ping pong, basketball, jogging, a gym, fine dining, buffets, shows, art, wine tasting, gambling, video games, drinking, swimming, spa, and more! The only drawback is that the cruise was full and there were people everywhere during the day. It was nearly impossible to swim because the pools were small and full of kids. Luckily, there was an adult only pool in the aft part of the ship that I swam in a couple times. We had a lot of fun on this 953 foot ship, which was built in 2002. It was updated in 2009 and the Wi-Fi didn't work for us the entire week. We still had a ton of fun and the water was a smooth as could be expected. So there was no bouncing around, except for one night when there was a storm. Luckily, I slept right through it. I'd recommend this ship if you've never cruised before, but we'll probably get on a bigger, newer ship next time.

I took the Conquest for the Western Caribbean cruise in early October. I have taken several other cruises on multiple cruise lines. I think first time cruisers need to read many reviews to get an idea about what cruising is all about. Some love it and some don't. I think it is about expectations not being realistic. If you are looking for 5 Star/5 Diamond experience like staying at a Ritz Carlton then Carnival is not for you. Carnival to me is more like a Courtyard Marriott. Quality at an affordable price point. Keep this in mind when you read the thousands of reviews out there! - I recommend airport check-in and bus transfers to and from the airport. To my surprise people that check-in at the airport get boarded early. $16 each way, per person. - The ship is nice with many activities for all ages. The kids I overheard loved the Camp Carnival (kid sitting). Young teens even have their own club to hang out in. - Service was outstanding. The main dining rooms are a bit slow so leave time when you need to get to a show or activity. - Food was average to outstanding. The buffets were like Vegas buffets. The main dining rooms were average however any nights that I had beef or lobster I found both to be outstanding. Guy Fierie also has a tasty burger joint on board. Housekeeping was excellent. Entertainment - Mike and his entertainment/activities team were very good and tried to make sure everyone had fun. While I thought the production shows were just ok, other passengers loved them. The George Lopez comedy club was fun. We had 4 comics. The adult only shows were outstanding if you aren't easily offended. They also had family comedy shows too. On land activities - I recommend booking them when you arrive in Port to save $. Many are the same tours that they sell on-board. Most of the Port stops are shopping trips in a self contained shopping village. Go out and enjoy a tour. I hope the review was helpful. Overall the cruise was fun and relaxing.

When we complained she told us that we could do it at the agency and when she said goodbye arriving at the destination of Miami she said it on the loudspeaker and all the other passengers knew that we had complained to her for not fulfilling the itinerary., The departure time to Miamia was scheduled at 4 pm, however we left at 2pm for Miami.... with some passengers who had enjoyed the beach, were drunk and continue dringing and bought more drinks inside the bus. loud singing (if you call that sing), drank, said bad words and even danced with the bus running ..... To top it off two days later we went to the agency to give our complaints, Marvel Travel. His agent, Mr. Arnaldo was on a quinceañera cruise... we were attended by his niece and a lady we had seen before, Geno if I remember correctly.... They called us to offer us an apology and we are still waiting for it. We decided to post this so that other people do not get harmed like us.

Korean Air offers travelers a range of services designed to make every stage of the journey more convenient and manageable. From planning a trip and selecting flights to navigating the airport and reaching the final destination, the overall travel experience involves many important details. For business travelers, families, and individuals traveling for leisure, having access to flexible options and helpful services can make a significant difference. Travel Options Designed for Different Needs Every journey is different, and travelers may have different priorities when arranging their flights. Some passengers focus on convenient schedules, while others may look for cabin comfort, connecting flights, baggage options, or services that fit their individual plans. A well-organized travel experience can help passengers manage these details with greater confidence before departure. Whether the journey involves an important business trip, a family vacation, or a long-awaited visit to another destination, careful planning can make the overall experience smoother. Reviewing travel details in advance and understanding available options can also help passengers prepare for changes or unexpected situations. Comfort Throughout the Journey The experience of flying is not limited to reaching a destination. The time spent at the airport and onboard can also play an important role in how passengers remember their trip. Comfortable seating options, onboard services, entertainment, refreshments, and other available amenities can contribute to a more pleasant journey. For longer flights, travelers may particularly value opportunities to relax, work, enjoy entertainment, or simply take a break from their usual routine. Different cabin experiences and service options allow passengers to choose arrangements that best match their travel preferences and requirements. Support When Travel Plans Change Travel plans do not always remain exactly as scheduled. Weather conditions, personal circumstances, changing schedules, and other unexpected events can sometimes require travelers to review or modify their arrangements. In these situations, clear information and appropriate customer assistance can be important. Passengers should always review their reservation details and use official Copa Airlines channels when they need assistance with bookings, flight changes, cancellations, baggage questions, or other travel-related matters. Checking the latest information directly through official sources can help ensure that passengers receive accurate guidance for their specific reservation. An Experience Beyond the Flight A complete travel experience includes more than the time spent in the air. Airport check-in, security preparation, boarding, connections, baggage collection, and arrival at the final destination are all part of the journey. Efficient planning and clear communication can help reduce unnecessary stress during these different stages. Travelers may also benefit from reviewing baggage allowances, check-in requirements, travel documents, and flight updates before leaving for the airport. Taking a few minutes to prepare these details in advance can make the journey easier to manage. Making Every Journey More Memorable Air travel connects people with business opportunities, family members, new destinations, and important experiences. For some passengers, a flight is simply transportation, while for others it represents the beginning of a major event, vacation, or personal milestone. A successful journey often comes from combining careful preparation with reliable travel information and services that support the passenger from departure through arrival. By planning ahead, staying informed, and using official resources when assistance is needed, travelers can focus more on the purpose of their trip and enjoy the experience along the way. Visited many ports of call throughout the Caribbean - Eastern, Western, Southern. 5 days, 7 days, 10 day cruises. Always out of Port Canaveral, FL. Yeah, we enjoy sailing with Royal. As Diamond and Pinnacle loyalty level members we receive terrific cruise discounts and great perks such a free wifi, laundry service, free daily drink tickets, discounted pricing at their specialty restaurants, and more. Staff we encountered on every cruise have been friendly and helpful. When we had any problems the main desk staff sorted it out. Our room attendants have always been great. I've seen all the one star reviews and feel sorry so many have had bad experiences. We were just on a Caribbean cruise and had a good time. Other than the dining room food not being as good as it used to be we still enjoyed ourselves. Windjammer is usually more than decent with a ton of different things to eat. So far, we have never gotten sick on board any ship (knock wood!). Pro tip - always get travel insurance which covers medical in case you do get sick or injured as your normal healthcare is usually not. accepted on a cruise. Rookie mistake not getting it, pay the extra for peace of mind. The nightly parties in the promenade, piano sing-alongs in the schooner bar, casino gambling, different shows and comedians, live music, multiple bars, pool deck, gym, and more. Is Royal Caribbean perfect? Heck no. We've experienced some problems but nothing so major to stop us from taking a cruise with them. To each their own. We like Royal.

A Great Cruise With Some Gaps -- But The Haven? Game‑Changer…read more Norwegian Cruise Line delivered a really enjoyable vacation overall, but let's call it like it is: this isn't the most kid‑centric cruise line out there. If you're expecting wall‑to‑wall family programming, this isn't that. That said, the Kids Academy was an absolute hit--the staff was fantastic, the activities kept the little ones happy, and it quickly became the go‑to spot. And the arcade? Total blast. Easily one of the highlights for the kids (and, let's be honest, the adults too). Entertainment-wise, the shows could use a little more spark. Nothing bad, just missing that "wow, we need to see that again" energy. A bit more excitement or variety would go a long way. Now... the part that bumps this from a 3.5 to a solid 4 stars: The Haven. We scored a deal, and if you know, you know. Private restaurant, priority everything, a butler who somehow appears exactly when you need them--it's a different world up there. The Haven experience smooths out every rough edge and turns the whole trip into something special. Overall, Norwegian delivered a great cruise with a few areas that could level up, but thanks to The Haven, it felt like a truly elevated getaway. Would absolutely sail again--especially if another Haven deal pops up. Bon Voyage

We didn't give him much time to plan because we honestly wanted to get out of town ASAP. He got us an amazing deal for an all inclusive trip to Cancun with airfare all within our budget and with a flight out the next morning. I've never used a travel agent before but I'm sure glad we did. Me and the hubby were trying to find stuff ourself by using all the traveling websites but weren't able to find anything good and we're getting tired of the process. That's when we decided to give a travel agency a try. Think I'll have to use these guys from now on. Friendly service, knowledgeable agents and super efficient travel planning. Love it.
