At one point, my husband was simply scanning the menu on his phone when the waiter grabbed the phone out of his hand without asking if help was needed and started changing settings himself. Completely overbearing and unprofessional. We overlooked those issues at first, but combined with horrible food and terrible customer service, this experience was unacceptable. The owners never even came to speak with us after the waiter claimed he talked to them. I even had to walk inside myself just to get my own drink refill. Very disappointing experience overall. Overall, the food was disappointing. However, the ambiance was very lively and featured live music. The waitress wasn't the greatest. I asked for water, but she gave us a bottle of water instead - which I found out later was $4! It wasn't a fancy brand of water either. I would have appreciated a heads up that there was a cost for water, especially since tap water is usually provided for free at most restaurants. Double check your bill. An automatic 20% tip was added to the receipt (it wasn't disclosed to us), and we were not part of a group.
