Great selections (cubanitos, smac, voodoo kitchen, monsta lobsta, chiphi, sliders, artisan pizza, perivian, and more) , enough to pick from! Great vibes, music dj/karaoke, desserts, freebies!!!

This is a great event in Celebration. There is always a large variety of food trucks. I LOVE that they also set up some tables and chairs for people to eat at. There is usually music being played or a concert by one of the local school groups. The Main Street of town of Celebration is very close by, so you can park and stroll before/after eating!

I had been craving fresas con crema for the longest, and I ended up getting them almost every night that weekend. My favorite was the Fresas con Crema Raffaello. I will say, though, it can get pricey, so don't expect to spend just a few bucks. The fresas con crema alone were over $18 lol. The service really depends on which truck you visit, but for the most part everyone has been friendly. The atmosphere is super chill, there's plenty of seating, and they have trash bins throughout the area. It's mostly clean, although there are a few spots that smell like straight-up trash. They also have free parking behind Denny's and paid parking right next to the food trucks. Save yourself the $6-$10 and park behind Denny's, you can put that money toward a drink instead! I seriously love this place and will always make room for it in my itinerary whenever I'm in Orlando. The fact that they're open until 2 a.m. is just another bonus!

And this food truck at Disney Springs did not disappoint. I was not familiar with the name of the place but my empanadas were very good. I was greeted by staff when ready to order and it only took a few minutes for my food to come out. The empanadas were scorching hot and well seasoned. They don't skip out on the filling. Prices were also reasonable. There's not a lot of seating so we sat on a ledge next to some napping ducks. I'd for sure come back here if looking for a quick bite at Disney Springs. My sister said the tostados were good.

Wow! Now I know why she loves Cilantro Urban so much. Cilantro Urban Eatery should be your next stop at Disney Springs if you are looking for freshly made Mexican or Latin American with fresh ingredients and home cooked pizazz like authentic black beans, minced herbs, and corn that taste better than anything you can get at the overpriced restaurants up the street. My daughter in law and son usually gets the Beef or Chicken there, but the manager Santiago kindly special created Vegetarian plates for me and my husband to suit our vegetarian diet. Bravo! I will definitely be back soon.

Food: Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions were solid and the food tasted like it was made to order, not just thrown together. You can tell they care about what they're serving. Every bite was on point and left us wanting to come back for more. Service: The service was great. Friendly people, good attitude, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we walked up. Food came out quickly and everything was handled smoothly. Ambiance: It's a food truck, so you're not getting a fancy dining room, but that's part of the charm. Good food, good people, and a laid-back atmosphere. Sometimes the best meals come from places like this. Overall: Blessed Belly proves you don't need a big restaurant to serve great food. Fresh food, generous portions, and friendly service made this an easy win. If you're in the Kissimmee area, it's definitely worth stopping by. I'd gladly eat there again.
