I grabbed two tortillas and made chicken tinga tacos with some eggs, frijoles, crema, onion, cojita, & guacamole! Next I added a small bed of fried rice with eggs and bacon on top :) I made a second plate of various items from the charcuterie [ I love prosciutto & cheddar! ], small quiche bite with asparagus wrapped in bacon, sprinkled a bit of capers and violà! Having said that, for those visitors let me tell you a little bit of history. 100% natural is a chain with more than 25 years here in Acapulco. Actually, it started with one or two restaurants offering delicious juices and smoothies. Since it was a success and you had to wait hours to be seated they decided to open more and more locations. 100% has reinvented itself several times changing and updating their menu over the years, specially with +25 years in the market. However what I like the most from this place are the juices, no sugar added. This time we visited their location at Punta Diamante. Not fancy at all, no AC but lots of fans so you get a nice breeze. Their parking lot is a little bit small but big enough to find a spot to park. Prices are reasonable. Great service, food is fresh (and healthy) Parents: They do have a kids menu and changing table. The restaurant is doing great on covid and they take temperature and sanitize everyone who walks in. The tables are socially distanced and on a well ventilated patio. After breakfast, we explored the grounds where there are some outdated games and a suspension bridge. There is even a zip line, but it did not look very safe so I stayed away. There are some iguanas and donkeys roaming around and were cool to watch from a distance.
