How would you feel if she was treated SO DISRESPECTFULLY when all she was doing was expressing her concern. And since you're all about confidence and all that - maybe make sure you hang up the phone BEFORE you call the customer a BITCH. Yes, I did hear you. Next I would like to know.. Were you at the party? You must have been.. She was ABSOLUTELY not there for her full hour. During face painting she was MEAN, rushed and not all 10 kids got their face painted. Yes, balloons pop.. If she doesn't know what she's doing then she shouldn't do it. Not okay to keep popping balloons right in kids faces. Also don't forget that she took time to charge her cell phone. I didn't know they had iPhones in Enchacia. Don't tell me my daughter and her friends had a great time. I NEVER SAID THAT. My daughter is smiling in ZERO pictures. There are only smiling kids when the princess was not present. It is mentioned that the princess could be late. I should have relieved a phone call! I never once called before the scheduled time - so maybe don't lie? I'm sure I'm missing plenty of points I wanted to reply to.. But in the end you guys handled this horribly. I did not harass anyone. I complained and you should expect more complaints coming. A company that actually cares would have tried to make it right. Why would I ever want to book with you again?? I will dispute the charge since you are not willing to work with me in any way. Your company did not fulfill what was stated in the contract. There is nothing wrong with me trying to warn people about you. This same post is on the Sonoma county moms page - it hasn't been up long and many people will now never book with you.
