If you think so, then try visiting Dr. Sloyer. If you would prefer a doctor who listens to your complaints and actually works to find the cause of them, go somewhere else. I was told flat out that the various symptoms I was experiencing "were unrelated to my stomach issue" by Dr. Sloyer. I was also told to keep taking a medication that had horrible, painful side effects, and that "if the condition was serious, you would have lost weight," despite prescribing a medication that caused me to actually gain weight. Since seeing a new doctor, a simple blood test revealed the presence of autoimmune disease, which was completely overlooked by Dr. Sloyer, since he was convinced that my symptoms were unrelated and all in my head.
