After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. So we call Central Valley Insurance and asked if this was part of their DMV capabilities. We were told yes but you need to come in tomorrow, so we did. Let me tell you this place was amazing as soon as you walk in it feels inviting and the receptionist makes sure you feel welcome. She was so fun to talk with it didn't really feel like we were waiting. After a few minutes we met Gia, this lady is professional yet personable. She has to be the queen of multitasking she helped us while waiting on hold with DMV. She was so friendly and helpful, she made my son and wife feel like the most important people. On top of that she tried to get our late fees waived and were done with in 25 minutes. Of course there is a small fee, but Gia is worth every penny.
