You would think 15 years of loyalty would mean something. But not this company. I estimate I must have paid close to $30,000 in premiums over the years, and these people did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. So I asked my agent why would I stay with your company after a 33% rate increase for the next 3 years. This ass had the nerve to say "because we're awesome!" Not in my book.

I called in for tow assistance at 10pm... I was sent a text 3 minutes later stating they were trying to find a provider. 30 minutes later nothing.... So I call back with a tow claim number and provide that information and a new person answers and tells me the exact thing--- but as if I've never called before. The next customer service agent tells me that they will start to look for a toe and will get back to me in 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, nothing. I called back another customer service person answers the phone and tells me again that they will start to look for someone for a tow and should expect a text back in 10 to 15 minutes. It's now been over two hours and nothing.... Three agents told me they could not find a tow service in the area to pick me up and asked me if they could come out at five in the morning which is about six hours from now. Unacceptable. I called a service on my own and paid for it out of my own pocket. I am now home, 30 miles away from where I was stranded and Allstate has still yet to call me to let me know they have found a tow service. It's pretty odd that I was able to find one on my own but they were not able to. Thank you Allstate for being a great partner.
