I almost got ripped by this insurance agency because of their lack of responses. My home insurance policy is less than 24 hours to be expired and cannot be renewed due to the underwriter came to our new home (without any notices) said that my tree is overhung the chimney. When I called the agent up few times in 2 weeks period of time, no one can give me a definition of overhang and what I need to do to make it compliance. The insurance agent asked me to call Mercury directly and Mercury agent referred me back to the agent because they don't deal with the customer directly on this type of matter. Don't get me wrong, I've been with this agency for over 15 years because nothing major issue has come up to me until this problem. Again, how could the underwriter came to my home without my knowledge and go to my backyard, took pictures and etc??? You need an insurance agent be able to help you when things happened but not give you a dance around. It is very sad! I got AAA now because you can talk to a REAL person when you have problem comes up and get the REAL professional advice.

Two weeks ago I called again I was told that our bookkeeping would be done next week, but of course, we received nothing. I called yesterday to follow up and again, I was ignored. I'm in complete shock how unprofessionally and total disregard we've been shown especially when we were referred to this company. Numerous emails and phone calls have been ignore. I even stopped by the office and of course the bookkeeper was out "sick". I was given no reassurance by the owner or staff that my concerns would be addressed.
