Nice new office with state of the art testing equipment. Great administrative staff and go above and beyond to help you as soon as possible. Several insurances accepted not so much for PPO plans. Dr and Nurse Practitioners take their time to get to know you and discuss all concerns: you never feel rushed here. So, I need a primary care doctor. I call Renke's office because the reviews were good. The receptionist answers the phone and I explained I was looking for a doctor and if they were accepting new patients, as many are not. She said yes, depending on what kind of insurance I had. Kind of a strange question, but I said, Cigna PPO. She said, No, that wasn't acceptable. I said, "what, why not?" Her response was, "We don't take that because we don't have to." Seriously, that was her answer. I hung up completely stunned. Now, after an entire day on the phone, in order to find a doctor I have to join this special group of doctors that charge and extra $650 a year to just have an appt with them. We seriously have a problem in this country when it comes to medical care. Its a damn mess. read more

Girls at front desk leave you on hold for over five minutes. Very rude in their demeanor. The PA is far better than Dr Renke, who loves to go to her wallboard of business cards to refer you elsewhere. After many, many years, she wrote me a letter stating she would no.longer treat me as I was RUDE to her arrogant staff. i after gong to her PA for 10 years she terminated my acct with the office because i cancelled 2 x cuz i was too sick to come in..n i told them i did not feel well n to cancell my appointment.. did they want me to come in sick when i had no energy to get outta bed!! i even called in sick to my work! and i didn't want to make a trip in when they didn't even have the results of tests they had ordered for me ... had not come in yet!! Called n told me to find another primary!!! 10 years I've been going to this office!!! Now i have to find another primary in mist of stomach pain n breathing issues!!! She has been my doctor for a very short time and I'm glad she was referred to me. Her office is a stone's throw from my house and the waiting room is small which means no overbooking. The office is also clean and seems well organized. I hate to come into an office at my scheduled time only to wait two hours to be called in. That will not happen at this office. She cares amount of patients instead of the quality of patient care. I've never seen a Practice manager, her husband, in the office & office staffs are terrible. They act like they're above the law especially undereducated younger staffs are extremely rude & unprofessional.They don't know how to talk to patients. Office hours are very short. It's worse than banks & public offices. Therefore u have to take a day off to visit her office. Her office is very Dingy and once u step into her office, u want to leave & don't want to go back. Carol Renke M.D. has been our primary care physician since the early years of her practice for at least the last 12 to 15 years or longer. We have watched her growth as a valley physician and she has provided care for my wife and I with a genuine interest in our wellness. She always takes the office time to address our medical needs and concerns and makes herself accessible though email if needed to answer questions I may have regarding treatment and/or symptoms. It's not uncommon to receive her reply to a question late in the evening or on a week-end. Her referrals to specialists when required have provided us with a team approach to our healthcare that serves us very well. I don't think we could find a more engaging physician to treat us. Especially in these changing managed care environments. She has a great office staff that responds well to appointment scheduling and takes time to call with reminders when your visit is approaching. Susie is on top of everything. The office environment is inviting and comfortable and wait time is rarely lengthy. Update: Recently my husband and I had our regular yearly check-up with Dr. Renke and we can wholeheartedly say that thanks to Dr. Renke's help, for the first time in our lives, we feel very great each day! (So much better than before!) Dr. Renke recommended that we change to a new brand of a standard (natural) medication we were taking before, and it made so much of a difference in our lives (and in our father's life)! We are very thankful to Dr. Renke everyday, and we wanted to write about our experience. We have been to many doctors, due to the fact that we have lived all over the world, but there is no doctor like Dr. Renke -- even in the highest-end, most expensive cities in the world! She is caring, thorough, intelligent, and knows very much more than normal physicians. We have seen first hand that Dr. Renke is in a class all by herself. My wife and I selected this practice about a year ago as our primary care provider. We have been very pleased! From the front office staff to the nurses and PAs, everyone is very friendly. Always a smile. We have never waited more than a day or two to see a PA. Referrals are very prompt. Prescriptions are immediately sent to the pharmacy of our choice. We have mainly seen Christina Sloan. She is friendly and caring, takes the time to be sure we understand what is going on and why, etc. could not be happier. Medicine almost the way it used to be.
