The front desk faculty can be curt and direct and forgo pleasantries especially when there are a lot of people in line, but they aren't mean. Cons: * Wait times are hit or miss- either 20 min to 1.5 hr! * They don't allow cell phones, so bring magazines or e-books. * They are very strict on being a clinic that does NOT administer travel vaccines. So don't mention the word "travel" in the staff's presence or they will correct you immediately. I came back again to try and get a Hepatitis A vaccine shot for an upcoming trip to India, but got turned away because it was only for "high risk adults through age 59." Doesn't going to India make me high risk? I didn't know whether it was worth the effort to argue with the front lady on what is considered "high risk." Left disappointed.. Tips: * Make sure to read everything, I mean everything on, https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/services/immunization-clinics.page They have health/age restrictions for some shots. * Google Map "Fort Greene Health Center," NEVER their address, 295 Flatbush Ave., as it will direct you a residential apartment 30 min walk away. I learned this the hard way! * Closest way to get there is the Q, & B to DeKalb Ave and get out at the North side Willoughby St. entrance * Remember to bring your vaccination record, insurance card, and any other evidence for securing a vaccine.

Short review version: I highly recommned Spear City Point. Michelle Shalmiyev is a very capable,…read moreand friendly PT to work with. My experience at Spear PT City Point was fantastic - I was a patient for 1.5 months and just wrapped up my treatment. The office is super well run and everyone is a dream to interact with. Front desk is super - seamless working with my insurance and they make scheduling a breeze (the appointment text reminders are a life saver!!!). The office is always well organized and the vibe is very inviting and friendly. I always look forward to my appointments, even when they're early in the AM. I worked with Michelle Shalmiyev first on an ankle sprain, then on hip pain I experienced on account of my weight lifting hobby. She was patient in listening to my issues, worked with me to identify the root causes, and got me on a path back to healthy movement. She is very knowledgeable, and empathized with my goals to get back to activity - Michelle has personal experience as an athlete with a background in rugby and powerlifting. Beyond being a good PT (I've worked with a couple over the years), Michelle is a great person to interact with which makes a difference for those 7:30 AM appointments. If injured again I would not hesitate to put myself back in her care. I highly recommend working with her.

As a result I have had about 5 different DPT's. Most practices put you on a cookie cutter program that will get you to where you need to be to start feeling better and boot you out the door. At Spear Don and his team have cultivated a personal approach to my health that adjusts every visit based on my progress and managing my pain. If you are tired of your pain or have hit a wall with your physical health I highly recommend giving spear a call, they will absolutely get you to where you want to be. Thanks Spear!

She is thorough and thoughtful in her assessments and recommendations. She always presents a number of options and fully supports what you end up choosing. She committed to helping you work through whatever issue you are facing. She is smart, asks the right questions but also tell it to you straight! I have never felt rushed by her. We feel so incredibly lucky to have her as our doctor. Every single time either of us see her, we swoon over her for days. Simply out, we LOVE her.

The experience could be better in one way sometimes I wish the staff was more patient friendly - they can sometimes not be friendly and helpful and there is a wait even though you have a scheduled appointment time. They have also lost my paperwork that I made to point to make sure they had more than once.   Reason I cannot give this a 5 star review the practice and staff overall. All in all though - Dr. Bowler is a good doctor, and I will be referring more patients to her.

I noticed they kept trying to figure out the whole pay schedule for annual visits, which are free. Maybe there's a lot of new changes, but they need to figure it out before addressing patients. The medical staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. But, the scheduling department is awful, I'm still livid. Today I came in for my follow-up appointment and it seems that there was some type of discrepancy. There was a 45 minute difference in the time I was scheduled and the time they claimed I was scheduled. Yet and still, I was not allowed to see the doctor. I refuse to argue with the front desk folks, especially since it had little to do with them. I reschedule for next week hopefully it'll work out.

I was able to see Dr. Rayhan the next business day and he treated the issue right away. He has great bedside manner and I did not feel any discomfort when receiving an injection of local anesthetic in my gums, which is a great fear of mine. He made the process a lot less nerve-wracking. He fit me in his schedule after hours two weeks later to follow up and gave another painless injection of antibiotics in my gums. I hope to be able to continue seeing him as my dentist going forward. Office very accessible, staff very accommodating to my mobility and vision disabilities.

Who remembers years ago when these spaces had lockers with keys to put your stuff in? Well I do and it's awful now because there's a room to change and that's it . So make sure you bring your own plastic bag to put your clothes in . Went in for my yearly mamo and it's always jammed packed . Wait time was about 40 minutes to be seen . The space is bigger and you must check in before they call you . I find that they are fully staffed and have most don't wear masks if that bothers you . You can fill out your check in online so you don't have to fill out forms once you get there . Once I was seen it took about 15 minutes to take images. Make sure to check if your doc is on file that you want the images sent to . Not sure if all day is busy but my appointment was at 3:30PM . The one thing I absolutely hate is their online system for trying to make an appointment . While I don't like talking and calling don't waste your time trying to make an appointment online with Lenox Hill Radiology. You will get every location other than the one you want especially if there are no more appointments on a particular day. Just call . The service was good the technician was pleasant and actually chatted with me .
