After several months I noticed I had diminishing returns on time spent and still had nagging problems participating in my sport at full capacity. It was a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from somebody who looks at the whole person and their goals instead of simply bringing them to minimum comfort level and being pain free through avoidance. She customized my plan to my goals and kept me active in my sport during the treatment period. She also helped me address muscular and flexibility imbalances that likely caused the injury in the first place. As a result of this negative treatment experience, I was very tired, disoriented, and could barely walk. I decided to contact Jess who I have known for many years to help me strengthen my nutritional system. Jess was extremely helpful in recommending improved vitamins and supplements, is that correct including vitamin D, calcium and magnesium. Jess recommended very high quality vitamins and the correct dosage. We had several phone calls as well as communicated via several detailed emails. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable about vitamins and supplements and what they are supposed to do for you. She is an expert in nutrition in general.
