This place doesn't have normal hours, as they only work by appt. So I had to wait an extra day. But once I got in, the service was great and Kenny delivered the bed right after I bought it. I spent more than I thought I would, cause they advertise the price of their cheapest, lowest quality mattress. So just know that going in. The price of the mattress we bought was still half what we might've spent retail. I would definitely go back.

I waited 6 days to give the mattress a settling period, there's has been no improvement. 2 I notified the seller/owner of what i believe to be about of box bad product and was presented with a manufacturer warranty process rather than a replacement. Which makes it my responsibility to resolve a seller/ manufacturer issue which it should not be!! 3 The financing offered was presented as standard financial payment credit line, I only later found out it was in fact a lease to own credit service which I wouldn't have used under any condition. 6 I would not purchase again from this establishment as I have an expensive pain source without resolution.

But it still was better than me at nearly 60 schlepping and trying to figure out how to dispose of the old foundation! They called the night before and gave us our two hour window and then called about 15 minutes out and were right on time! My one constructive criticism would be that after I had ordered and paid, one of the employees informed me that there were actually two grades of foundation... One made of wood and one made of metal. The metal one being more expensive and longer lasting stronger etc. In our case we did not need the heavier duty foundation. But I would've liked to have known there was a choice at the get go. Just a thought going forward.
