    I've had their service for approx 6-7 years. I have a plan where they come out 6 times a year. I've…read morenoticed they seem to be slipping in their quality. I've had to call once this year as they seem to miss approx 10-20 feet on each side of my yard approaching the neighbors so I have heavy weed coverage. So I'm in May and they have already been out 4 times. I was nervous to let them aerate my yard after them hitting my fence twice a couple years back when they aerated. They had a manager call me and assure me it would t happen this time. Well they weee scheduled to come out today and when I called they said they didn't see my appointment. And then a higher person came on said they have me for tomorrow because storms coming thru. Which one is it? I'm slowly losing confidence in them. I'm working from home today because I had the appointment today and wanted to make sure they didn't hit my new vinyl fence. Wasted day. Getting close to giving someone else a shot

    Strong start, but long-term service became unresponsive and program-driven…read more---------------------------------------------------- I used Fairway Green for several years, and to be fair, the first couple of seasons showed real improvement in my lawn. Over time, though, the experience shifted from attentive service to what felt like a fully automated program. For the past two years, I made multiple requests to have someone come out and walk the property with me to address specific weed issues and overall lawn health. Those requests were never followed up on. On the occasions I was home during service visits, I spoke directly with technicians. Each time, I was told the issues I pointed out were already being handled as part of the standard program. Unfortunately, the results didn't reflect that, and there never seemed to be any real diagnosis or adjustment--just the same preplanned treatments. The biggest concern for me was the complete lack of communication. When I submitted a cancellation through the customer portal, there was no response--no confirmation, no follow-up, and no attempt to understand why I was leaving. The service simply stopped without acknowledgment. That final interaction told me everything I needed to know. This operates as a sales-driven program, not a service-driven partnership. If you're looking for a set-it-and-forget-it lawn program, this may be fine. If you expect responsiveness, accountability, and a willingness to actually evaluate and adapt to your lawn, that was not my experience.
