We used Superior Powerwashing for the first time this year. They came to do a gentle house wash! House looked great when finished. Only took 2 men about 30 mins. Couple weeks later we had them come back to do caulking on outside of house mainly around all the windows, over garage at trim boards, etc. They hit all the spots where water could get in so we were happy to have that done.
