He inspected and cleaned the indoor furnace unit. Reviewed the effectiveness of the thermostat. Because we are having trouble with cold spots, he even used an infrared instrument to detect flaws in our exterior wall insulation. He was timely, efficient, professional, thorough and cordial. They usually come out poke around find something that will cost hundred to fix then disappear for hours or even days to get parts. Actual work never seems to take more than a few minutes. Not the guys at A C Experts though. Bruce & Josh arrived on time, found the problem quickly, had the parts on the truck, didn't kill my bank account. I will never use another hvac company. These guys are the real deal.

When I originally called, I expected to wait at least a week to get someone out here to look at it. These guys were able to work us in to get someone out the same day. Luckily they found the problem and our system was up and running an hour after they arrived. I was extremely impressed by them. They were thorough, called exactly when they said they would call, took photographs and documented all they did. I will be calling this company for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

Courtney had already seen the scheduled appointment for the next day and moved it to an earlier time slot. Connor arrived the next day even earlier than the scheduled time. We were impressed and pleased with the service we received from Connor. He is an exceptionally professional young man and very well educated in the HVAC industry. I signed up for their annual service plans on my HVAC units and generator. I paid a monthly fee. It…read moreseemed to be a very long time since I recall them coming out to service my equipment. I called and they verifies that it had been 8 month since my HVAC service 14 month since my generator. My winter HVAC service was skipped and my annual 2025 generator service was skipped......however I had paid for them. The customer service person did not seem to care in the least and actually told me I should have called them to schedule the service. I asked to speak with her manager (Mason) and he never called me back. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time!
