They present themselves as a full service packing, organizing and moving company.  We had a written agreement,  I paid in full. They packed very haphazardly. Items were broken or damaged while being unpacked. Furniture was broken and/or not assembled properly. They did not complete the unpacking in the first day, as promised, and never returned to complete the job. When presented with a list of the damages, they promised to resolve the issues, and never did.  Damaged items that were removed from my house to be repaired or replace have never been returned. Save yourself time, energy and money. They are not to be trusted.

I told them I didn't need help packing but didn't finish and they gladly pitched in on that and a million other tasks like jumping my car, getting us all lunch and even washed dirty dishes.
