Purchased a fifth wheel from Miles in February. Had the unit inspected, which caused them to scoff and try to tell me that it wasn't needed. Proceeded anyway with the inspection (as all RV buyers should). Was then told that it would be winterized after the inspection was complete. Took the RV out for Easter and hooked it to pressure regulated water to find ice damaged pipes in two separate locations! Arrived at Miles to get an insincere "Sorry, it must have slid through the cracks." Not interested in the least in taking accountability for their incompetence and ineptitude!! If you are looking for a company to purchase/repair your RV, go ANYWHERE else except here. They are only interested in selling you and then moving on!! read more

I purchased an Aliner camper from Miles in July 2024. The sales dept was very nice and my wife and I were happy with the purchase. Recently the brakes on the trailer started acting up. I called Miles and ask the service dept to check the brakes as it was still under warranty. They stated that if they did not find any thing wrong with the brakes I would have to pay for the inspection. I agreed and took the trailer to the service center and left it there. The next day they called and stated that the brakes were fine and the issue must be with the controller on the tow vehicle. I picked up the trailer, paid them $108 for the inspection, and took it to the hitch center that had installed the controller. They immediately checked the controller and found it to be working fine. Puzzled by the fact that everything was supposedly working fine, but yet the brakes were inconsistent, sometimes grabbing, sometimes not stopping, and sometimes working fine. So I took the trailer home and removed the tire and brake drum myself to inspect the brakes. I found that grease from the bearings has leaked out of the rear seal and gotten on to the brakes. I immediately contacted Miles and explained what I had found and ask why they had not noticed the grease on the brakes. His answer was that their brake inspection only included hooking it up to one of their tow vehicles and driving it for a few minutes to see if the brakes worked. That was it. They did not actually inspect the brakes. When ask if the repair to the seals and brakes would be under warranty he said no it was considered a maintenance item. That to me is one of the poorest service departments I have every dealt with. In the future I will be purchasing another bigger travel trailer so I consider the $108 dollars I wasted for their so called service a small price to pay to eliminate them as a potential dealer for any more purchases. read more

I have purchased two RVs through them. They treated me very poorly (actually quite rudely) when I came to ask about a consignment resale to purchase a new one from them. (I was able to sell it online for twice what they were offering me....in 3 days.) The second (new) RV had so much warranty repair work that they had to keep it for about 4 months to get it all done. Then I realized that the nice gas grill that was to come with the outside kitchen was missing (despite seeing it listed in all Winnebago specification documents and in identical units on the road.) They have repeatedly ignored me (or brushed me off with a "it never came with one".) Someone helped themselves to it and they won't admit to it. I bought the extended warranty through them. Despite that they keep refusing repair work as "no longer under warranty." I've had to learn to repair things myself rather than deal with them. I am on the track of alternate repair facilities and hope to deal with Miles no more. read more

We stopped by Miles RV Center on our way home. Our slideout wouldn't go back in and the battery on our R-Pod was dead. The sales person at the center was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted us by giving out battery a quick charge, just enough that the slide went back in. He was truly a Blessing. Very knowledgeable. Most of all very nice. Next time we back in the area, we will not only stop in to say hello but pick up some items for our R-Pod. read more

We have been here twice in a week to get parts. We first went to Camping World (where I will not go again) and didn't get any help, so we tried Miles RV. They went out of their way to help us get the parts we needed and when they didn't have them in stock, they ordered them and they came in the next day. I haven't had many interactions with Miles but all that I have had have been too notch, especially when compared to several others with Camping World down the road. Miles is small in comparison but every time I'm there I am impressed with their sense of customer service and having just what is needed. An example was a part I needed for a bathroom fan. The big down the road, said two weeks on order and Miles said day after tomorrow and the part was several dollars less. Recently we had a thorough check of all the systems after our trailer was in storage for two years. Rex, the tech, was meticulous and it's ready for winter travels as if it was brand new. Ryan, the service manager, was very straight in discussing what can be done and what should be done. So refreshing to be given straight shooting advice and evaluation. read more

We needed warranty work done on our Winnebago trailer and chose Miles RV based on their good reviews. The service manager Ryan responded to my service inquiry promptly and we set up an appointment. He was courteous and helpful throughout all transactions. Miles RV got the problem fixed within the projected time and Ryan even showed me where the problem was and how to address it if it happened again in the future. BE AWARE that this RV Center is often busy, probably because of their good reputation, and plan accordingly. read more

These people really helped us when camping world and several other RV repair shops would not. Our brakes on the trailer we're not working. Although they were booked for 2 weeks, they said they couldn't let us drive unsafely. They fixed our brakes and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. read more

Be cautious if you have work done here. I had an issue w/my trailer, they told me it was fixed, it wasn't fixed. They did more work, told me it was fixed, it was fixed but not done correctly. Personally, I would not go back. read more

I bought my RV from them in 2017. They have been very helpful every time I needed something, including today, when they worked me in to replace broken vent covers on the roof. Fixed everything just in time for the next rainstorm. I really appreciate the extra effort to help me out. read more

Most every RV dealer we've ever worked with has been after one thing: Our money... and you can tell right away, not in the good way. We bought used RV few years ago and haven't been out but once in it, but keep paying the note. Trying to sell it, I called Miles back and spoke with Joe in sales. They weren't able to make any offer that would payoff what we owe right now, but the sales guy was so helpful I can't believe it. He told me where I could sell it for more money (and likely pay off what we owe!) than they could buy it for, he even took time to look up the book price. What a great experience.
