And rather than replace a part they were paid for and invoiced, they repaired it--on a new car... When confronted we had to get unpleasantly direct with them to get them to pay the difference or get an actual replacement.. Wouldn't be an issue but they said one thing and billed for another. I presume this was an accident and not intentional? Also, if you need a rental.... Go to enterprise main office... The rep there is rude and image is no help. Given my experience.... And them screwing up the repair on a family classic car.... I wouldn't trust them to detail my skateboard. I hope your experience is better because I have heard other 'car people' sing their praise.

I called the towing company and talked to Steve and he said he could be there in 30 mins. Well he was a man of his word because he was there on time or maybe even earlier which is amazing in my eyes. He was very nice and personable throughout the whole process. We towed it back to my house and I paid him via debit card which was super convenient and fast. He sent me my receipt through text message and also I was able to share all the addresses and information through text which to me was super easy and convenient. Also, his initial quote of the cost was very close to the final cost for me. Which again to me is amazing. Bc who wants to be stuck with a bill that is totally different from your initial estimation. I will be using Steve and Acme towing again for sure in the future whenever I need a prompt and reliable towing service. I would totally recommend him to my parents, family and close friends. Just…read moreas we finished the 10 hour drive and pulled into our rental house, the brake pedal on my SUV went to the floor and my brakes instantly lost function. Early the next morning I started mass calling local tire / maintenance shops to see how we could get the problem fixed before our drive back to FL 2 days later. None of the shops could fit us in until the following week. When I called W.N. Watson, I spoke with Tim and he said bring it in straight away and we'll fit you in. Luckily their convenient downtown location was less than a mile away so I carefully drove to the shop and I was greeted by Tim and a lovely woman at the desk. They called a few hours later to let me know the brake line failed and they could get the parts we needed before they closed for the holiday weekend (it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving!) The car was ready at the end of the day. When we went in to pick it up they were so friendly and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and sharing some favorites spots for us to visit during our short stay. Before leaving he also switched out our windshield wipers with new blades for our long drive home. Tim and his team saved our vacation by their kindness and helpfulness to fit us in so we could head back home on our planned day. My kids and I could not stop talking about the experience! If I lived locally I would never visit another shop.
