I'd been receiving treatment with Dr. Dickerson for several years and was pretty satisfied. However, I am so grateful Ms. Boice is now part of the Cape Fear Aesthetics / Fayetteville Plastic Surgery team. She's one of the best things to happen to my face since sunscreen! I cannot say enough great things about Juile's expert care. She takes great care with each patient. I never feel rushed or silly in asking questions or when I bring in absurd numbers of selfies pointing out new areas for her to work on. Also, Ms. Boice is constantly seeking to perfect her craft. I mean, this lady is constantly attending Continuing Ed. trainings! Personally, I find that super cool and confidence-inspiring. And she's patient. Like most people, I have a couple of areas that drive me crazy. I focus on the crow's feet or tiny wrinkles around my eyes / tear troughs in every picture, and I complain about those areas at every visit. Every. Single. Visit. Instead of blowing me off or insisting only a surgeon could fix my complaints, she's worked with me and has discussed my "issues" at several trainings. I know she has because she's told me about those discussions and has returned from trainings with new ideas and treatment options that have really helped. I find that kind of creativity and patient-centered approach exciting and (for me at least) loyalty-inspiring. She was very rude and unprofessional from the check-in process. She didn't take me into a formal examination room and only asked me to pull my pants down and show her in a foyer area. She did not touch me or exam me at all or ask why I wanted to get the procedure done. I asked if she used insurance and she quickly stated "NO" and proceeded to tell me she needed over $15000 and that the hospital usage and anesthesia would be extra. I asked for an itemized cost list, and she wrote it on a sticky note and told me to let her know if I wanted to proceed. As a medical professional myself, I have never seen a Dr. with such horrible clinical presence and unprofessionalism.

He kept recommending the one treatment I told him would not work (which was an acne topical that I've tried and didn't work for me due to the type of acne I have). Cost me about $100 for all the first aid supplies and burn cream for the laser tattoo removal and it was pretty intense, Recovery. We did not go back for the second treatment. It was very difficult Recovery.
