She did not touch me or exam me at all or ask why I wanted to get the procedure done. I asked if she used insurance and she quickly stated "NO" and proceeded to tell me she needed over $15000 and that the hospital usage and anesthesia would be extra. I asked for an itemized cost list, and she wrote it on a sticky note and told me to let her know if I wanted to proceed. I never received a confirmation text but was eventually able to get this situation straightened out. So here we are a year later with the same issue, I didn't receive a confirmation text, and they canceled my appointment which was for 5 days later. I tried to explain to the receptionist I did not get but one text from them and it was to tell me my appointment had been canceled due to non-confirmation. I can't continue taking time off my work schedule due to their AI system having glitches in it. I'm currently being treated for Lymphomatoid Papulosis as well as psoriasis, now keep in mind, I've never had any no show appointments, last minute cancelations or non-insurance balance on my account. I've invested too much time and money to continue going to this office.
