I'm a recent widow with three teenage son's. Me and my son's have been trying to buy a house recently. As a first time homebuyer my husband and I were really worried about buying lemon for a home so the inspection was really important to us. Robert was quick to schedule and come out so that we could make our closing date in a timely manner and he gave lots of updates through email and text. His report was very thorough. Highly recommend! From using an infrared camera to find perspiring HVAC pipes in the ceiling and measuring the tilt of the AC unit, to wiggling individual bricks to make sure nothing was loose... He probed everything - Interior, exterior, electrical, structural, etc... Found things I would have never thought of. Inspection and final report were delivered same day.
