Bess guided me through the process with ease, and went above and beyond to make my unfortunate predicament seamless and painless. John was there within the hour to set up fans and dehumidifiers. When he set them up, he was very cognizant of my ability to maneuver and function in the space, which was thoughtful since we had to leave the fans overnight and they were loud. He even offered flexibility with my work schedule and came to take the fans out when I returned from work the next day. John went above and beyond when he added screws to my access point into the wall (something the original builders didn't do and instead had a messy and unprofessional glue-job that I had to tear off of the wall). I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They are good people, who actually care about their customers and want the best for them. They don't try to take advantage of people in desperate situations, and do quality work with the appropriate amount of materials. They will not try to overcharge you, and will challenge insurance companies who are trying to nickel and dime.
