I finally had to call the second photographer that she brought for our wedding day to ask him for our pictures. I guess he got the message to her and we had a download toolbar that night. Overall, I would not recommend this woman to anyone as she is unreliable, unprofessional, and does not know how to run a business.

However we were too deep and afraid my sister would catch on if we switched days.
