In total we were 6. Erica patiently spent time photographing our grandmother who cannot stand on the sand and sometimes has troubles listening (It was quite difficult to get her to pose!) She was well prepared with bobby pins to make sure any flyaway hairs were not an issue. Erica noticed that my hair kept blowing back so for the pics with my hubby she took me back near the sand dunes where I wouldn't get the ocean wind messing up my hair. The photos look incredible!!!! The entire photo session took just under an hour, and the location was under the Oak Island pier to keep us out of the afternoon sun. The day was enjoyable and fast paced, and Chris let us suggest any poses we wanted! Only a few short days after the photo session, I was emailed a link to the pictures and a week later received the original files to download to my computer. While viewing the photos, there were some adjustments that could have been addressed during the actual photo session in regard to attention to detail (i.e. Squinty eyes, crazy hair, sunglasses on/off) that made me somewhat disappointed with the outcome of the photos. The day was enjoyable, and the less than stellar review is due to the minor mishaps in the photos that could have been addressed during the photo session.

The angles and shots were amateur and the sound was not linked to the video well. It was lacking so many things including all of the 'well wishes' video from our guests. When I asked about them she said they were no good. When I reached out about getting the video I was told she couldn't find it. No apology, no refund. Stay away from this one for sure.

"Oh I got a new job and they are holding my check." Now my calls go straight to voicemail and there is no reply to the emails I send. At this point, it is more of a punitive thing. I want my money. I worked hard to save up and then this. So if any one else is in this situation with her, please message me and perhaps the voice of many can make our refunds appear.
