Meet the Business Owner: Regina K.

Carolina Sweets Owned and Operated by Regina Kramer. My business is built on the principle of sharing joy through baking. With every item I bake, I pour in love and care. During a prolonged period of illness that left me without work, baking became both a solace and a source of happiness. It was this therapeutic activity that helped me cope, and eventually, I started selling my creations to make ends meet. The decision to start my own small business was made after 6 months of selling, driven by the desire to share family recipes that have been passed down from my grandmother and mother. These recipes hold a special place in my heart, and I am committed to growing my business with the same love and passion that goes into every dessert. I aim to deliver tasty, genuine treats that come from the heart, and I’m excited for you to join my customer family. Attached is my new menu, as I have added new items for you to enjoy.

Had the classic pepperoni pizza (good) and a salad (also good). Service was a bit slow but again it was off season. We weren't in any hurry so it was fine. Having NA slushies on the menu was fun - I wish more places did this!
