Horrible customer service! They take so long to get you your food. By the time you get your food it's cold because they are just standing around talking. The lead gal was horrendous! I waited inside 20 min for an online order. No one waited on me at all. People were getting their orders who ordered after me. I had to flag someone down. When they finally completed my order after 10 more minutes. they forgot the sprite. I asked the girl for the sprite and she didn't hear me so I repeated that we still need a sprite. This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to in my 37 years! Get back to my hotel missing food, wrong order, sauce all over everything my fries and bread. Go back up while food is being remade I saw a man spit in my food so I took a picture of him only to find out he's the manager. I can see how they've earned their overall rating. First I walked into the lobby, waited for a while and neither of the two girls working the front even acknowledged me (more interested in DoorDash), so I walked out and went thru the drive thru...the gal there was professional and courteous (which pushed them to a two star)...however they didn't have the full ingredients to make the Blizzard they advertise. We normally go thru the drive thru for ice cream but decided to go in away from the heat --- after ordering we noticed my unsanitary issues: I cream prep area had banana skins, crumbs, toppings scattered and the floor was visibly dirty .. cups on floor, trash bags and maintenance items in dining area, the cooler looked like a dump area -- window dirty and grime visible -- we left and are encourage to not return due to an unsanitary environment ::: Thumbs down and it needs a health department inspection read more

BEWARE Not your normal DQ prices! A small Oreo blizzard cost $5.00 before tax. At almost every other DQ from Chicago, to Montana, to Idaho, etc. this would be enough for a large! Horrible Dairy Queen. The most expensive blizzards you will ever encounter nationwide. When you do buy one, the ice cream is usually soft, and the workers will "forget" to flip them upside down before serving. You do know why that is a company policy? Service is spotty at very best, trash cans are usually overflowing while workers stand around. Managers usually walk around like their hot stuff but do not do anything. read more

The ice cream and blizzard we ordered were good, standard DQ fare. What shocked us was the cost. We ordered a mini oreo blizzard and a small cone dipped in chocolate. Total was almost $9. Every other DQ we have been to, same order is about $6.50. I am not sure why the price would be so different, but seems really high for a mini blizzard and a small dipped cone. read more

The front counter help needs to be able to speak passable English and that wasn't happening. I struggled to relay my order in anything approaching a reasonable time. My fries were hot and delicious, my burger was barely tolerable due to the burger being way overdone, the table service sucked being both times she hit the edge of the table with our food nearly dumping it on our laps, and my blizzard albeit thick was very poorly mixed. Don't get your hopes up here.....Quite literally, every time I get talked into stopping here for a treat, I'm disappointed. Want something with chocolate? "We don't have chocolate anymore", want something with a brownie? "We're out of those right now", want something with cookie dough? , "We're out of that as well" (insert eye roll here)!!! DISGUSTING! If you go inside vs. the drive through you can see how DIRTY and UNSANITARY this place is! There are sticky counters littered with napkins in the front. The back counter was caked with ice cream, chocolate, sprinkles, and other ice cream ingredients that didn't look like they had bothered to clean all night. We watched an employee come from the back holding a bucket with a rag.. assuming to clean? He set the bucket on the ground and started making orders, without washing his hands. They had zero customer service and as we waited we watched people leave since they were not getting helped. They messed up on my order making the wrong size. The remade ice cream was soupy and watery. They didn't have any long spoons and we were given a small sized spoon to eat a large blizzard. Absolutely terrible. Eat here at your own risk! read more

Quite literally in the middle of nowhere, it was a nice oasis, for our hungry family as we stopped in for a quick and easy bite. It was priced just right, with enough of a selection to keep us satisfied. I think you can't go wrong with a burger and this was no exception. read more

Used to love going to Dairy Queen as a kid, I really was craving there chicken strip baskets with gravy the other day.. so my boyfriend went and waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and there was only two people waiting ahead of him. He got home and complained about waiting as long as he did just to get to the window and the proceeds to tell me while he was at the window it took them another 10 minutes to even hand out our drinks. Ok what ever they were slow not a big deal, we ate my toast was soaked in "butter" don't get me wrong I love butter on my toast but when I say soaked I mean it was dripping, and it didn't taste like butter so I have no idea what they put on it! If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would!!! Oh my gosh where do I even start. First, they had a poster in the windows advertising funnel cakes. That sounded good, so I asked about ordering one. The guy at the till barely understood English and said "We don't have those until next month." Um, ok,... false advertising? Why didn't the advertisement at least say "coming soon" then? Second, none of the employees even understood much for English. NONE!!! I ordered cheese curds and when I got them, there was no dipping sauce. So I walked up to the counter and asked for some and they looked all confused. I asked about six times for some marinara to dip them in. The guy at the counter asked, "mari-what? Marnar? We don't have that." Then I said it again really slowly. Nope he didn't understand. Then I said, spaghetti sauce? Do you have any spaghetti sauce. "Nope, we don't have that." Then another lady came up to the counter and I asked her. She didn't understand English either, went in the back and came back with seafood sauce! Finally I asked for ranch, then they said sure, that'll be 65 cents. Um, when you are charging a high price already, at least one dipping sauce should be included! We will not be returning. Ever. read more

This Dairy Queen has gone downhill in a very bad way. Tonight we stopped for a blizzard and a dipped ice cream cone and from the time we placed the order at the drive through until we received our items it was TWENTY minutes later. There were three cars ahead of us but they ALL ordered ice cream and nothing else. The blizzard was on the counter for at least five minutes while they fumbled to get the dipped cone ready. They had to drain the blizzard so it wouldn't drip when they did the turn it upside down trick they do so it had ice cream running down the side of the cup. Then came the dipped cone with the chocolate running down the sides. Good thing I had a cup in the car to put it in. This the last time we will be visiting this Dairy Queen. If I could give negative stars it would be a minus five. Seriously bad service. So my have to at least one star to rate is completely FALSE!!!!!!!!! read more

Called to see if they have chocolate soft serve. Lady on phone said yes and white soft serve. Drove all the way (30 miles) to find out they don't have chocolate soft serve. Talked to manager, she stated we have never had this and was rude. Place was nasty and dirty. read more
