I'd first like to start off with the fact I bought the diamond membership for my first month I told the worker I only wanted one month I purchased the membership with a gift card they told me the need a actual bank card on file so I let them put my work card on file but I told them do not just run my card I didn't even get to use my membership for the whole month until one of the workers told me the membership cancels on the first of the month so I was unable to tan after only having the membership for 2ish weeks and she asked me if I wanted her to rerun the card I told her no the next morning at 8:20am my card was charged with a unauthorized payment and I kept calling the store the workers said they were unable to get in contact with the manager so I gave my name and number to be given to the manger directly I never heard back from her and also I'd like to inform you all that the tanning lotion they are selling for over $100 in the store is only $30-40 on Amazon in conclusion, do not go to the Carolina town factory, as they are scamming you for your money they do not care about their clientele whatsoever as they have stolen money from me and refused to give it back. read more

Wish I was informed of their "policy" before I paid $35 for 5 visits of basic beds. They only allow 6 min your first visit?? I can see if you're pale white but I already have a decent tan.. just want to keep it up when it's cloudy... anyway.. That's like $2.50 a minute and I wasted $5 on lotion for 6 min?? Haha Oh and you get to go up 2 min each time... so by the time my 5 visits are up I get 14 min. No thanks... next time tell people what they're getting into. I did get a refund minus my 6 min so That's why 2 stars. Thanks no thanks! read more

Found a discounted month on the gold Bed on groupon. This works well bc I don't live in columbia and two visits pays for itself. I got a deal on my first bottle of lotion and a quick tour, training girl didn't seem like tanning was her thing but she was still friendly. Bed was great, Lotion was decent. Would recommend based on service alone. read more

Great beds and plenty of them. The employees are friendly and aren't constantly trying to shove product down your throat. My one complaint is that sometimes the canopies on the inside of the bed aren't wiped down very well. They have a wide variety of products and have great upgrades to take advantage of. read more
