A young lady then escorted me to the pedicure room to get a polish change on my toenails. First impressions the salon was clean but not fancy, which was fine with me. Holly did a good job on my toes and told me to stay in the pedicure room while she put my finger nails in a bowl of acetone, I was in an awkward position while both hands were in the bowl. I waited about 45 minutes while Holly did someone else's nails. The owner came to me and escorted me to the manicure area. Holly told me the lady next to me was all most finished, well I waited almost 30 minutes until the manager came to me and said he would do my nails. No apologies,no water, nothing. This is not the way to handle a customer. I must say my nails were done well but I will not be returning. I would not recommend this salon.

I usually get a dip manicure from here and always have great results that last ~3 weeks. I recently did a trial for my wedding nails and asked for an ombre effect. I had to wait about 30 mins, which i was fine with as they set me up in a massage chair with a sea salt soak so it was extra time to relax. The lowest price pedi is $35, but I chose the $55 special which includes the sea salt soak. They have TONS of options. My skin is feeling dry this winter, so I went for the olive moisturizer soak. There are tons of color options and I'm pleased with the service. I get a manicure every 3 weeks and have a tech I go to downtown, but this location is great for my twice a year pedis. Recommended!

They always back their work. It is RARE that anything goes wrong. When it does, they go out of their way to fix it. Plus, they try to accommodate special requests.
