Not only did we get to see the baby in real time with 3D-5D imaging, we were walked through what everything was, had questions answered, and got to get a good look at his sweet facial features. We were sent home with a handful of images, a USB with the rest of the pictures taken (130 of them) and a live recording of the session, our choice of a stuffed animal with his recorded heartbeat, and a diaper bag with 2 cans of formula and breastmilk collection cups. As a small business owner myself, I understand that things happen. However, when you are offering a time restraining service such as early gender determination, you should make sure your equipment is functioning. It was within Roxannes control to continue booking clients knowing that she has had countless issues with her equipment malfunctioning. We now have to call all of our family and friends that were driving down from out of town (for a second time) and cancel our anticipated gender reveal. All of this could've been prevented if Roxanne had've spent the money to upgrade her equipment when she knew it was malfunctioning the first 3 times.
