WORST BROKER EVER! A good broker can save you time and trouble. Caroline wastes your time and causing your more trouble. Do not pay her a fee of 8 to 15 percent of a full year's lease, give it to someone trustworthy. She did not matched to the my needs and expectations. I do not even think she listened. So again, I did not feel I can trust her. She does not care about and or knows her neighborhoods other then the Upper West side block she scammed a rent stabilized apartment in. Caroline was NOT helpful in describing the neighborhood, the rental building, the transportation concerns and the noise issues. She in fact was dishonest, stating there was a gym in a building that did not have a gym, lied that an apartment would be renovated when in fact management denied renovation and thus she is NOT TRUST WORTHY. She just wants your money. Do yourself a favor and find an experienced broker. read more
