I brought several shirts and pants to this dry cleaner. When I picked them up, I noticed that two…read moreof my shirts had stains that were not there when I dropped them off. I brought the shirts back and they agreed to redo them, but when I picked them up again, the stains were still there. I spoke with the owner this time, and unfortunately, she became somewhat defensive and implied that the stains may have already been there. What makes that difficult to believe is that both shirts had very similar stains, which would seem to suggest they came from the same source. Nevertheless, she agreed to redo them once more. To my surprise, when I returned for the third time, the same stains were still there. The employee working that day told me the owner would call me. I never received a call--no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to take accountability or resolve the issue. I've also had a few instances in the past when items were not ready when promised and was met with less-than-welcoming customer service. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and effort to make things right is what I find unacceptable and unprofessional. They also own Perfectly Pressed Cleaners, so I would recommend checking the reviews for both locations when deciding where to take your clothing.

They said yes. Our heroes! They picked up our clothes 10 minutes later two towns over. Awesome right? Then the problems begin. Guy shows up. The car has no scale. No way of measuring how much clothing is being sent for wash and fold. Then it gets worse. No receipt of any kind is offered describing what we dropped off to them and how (3 large garbage bags). No proof of any kind of service was being provided. Stupid me, we gave our clothes to them. It'll be ready in two days they said. Two days go by no clothes. A machine broke they said, it'll be ready tomorrow (1 day late) fine so we are supposed to get a call from them when the delivery guy is coming. No call all day. We finally call end of the day to find out status. The mechanic didn't come, it'll be ready tomorrow. Oh no way we're coming to get the clothes. We drive down there. The clothes aren't there. Ahmed has them at another store. They'll be ready tomorrow they say. Oh no, get those clothes here right now we say. We get our clothes back which we must wash by hand because we have nothing. These people are a joke and totally unprofessional. They never intended to do what they promised when they promised, and had no desire to pick up the phone and keep us appraised of the status. A real business would do that. They are a joke. They take customers for granted, they are unprofessional and clearly not reliable.

Inside the dry cleaners, there's a dedicated sewing and alterations room with a changing area. My initial fitting was on a Monday. It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! Alterations are never cheap, but Maria's skill and attention to detail make every penny worth it. I can't praise her enough. If you need anything tailored, I highly recommend Maria. I went to the attic and it was still in a Linders box. The dress was perfect! Not yellowed, not damaged in any way. Amazing! But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. The sweater was special in that my son gave to me so I love it and wanted to wear it but it was an over the head not a cardigan.
