However, during that time, we had our practitioners change four times due to them leaving the practice. Unfortunately, our latest provider recently left the practice and we have been told we cannot continue to be seen there as nobody is taking "new" patients. We do not consider ourselves to be new patients since we have been going there for the past decade or more. Now we are trying to find a new practitioner in the Richmond area (with little success) and that leaves us without medicine refills, etc. This is certainly no way to run a practice and it is extremely disappointing, to say the least.
