Most of the 'movers' that arrived at our home over a period of time were friends and family 'helping out' - for the price of $8500! We paid for packing AND moving - nothing was wrapped and most glass broken for us to clean up. Not a single box we packed in advance and labeled was placed even on the correct floor! Lots of moving heavy things for us after the fact. No private moving vehicles, no trained employees (as advertised). Items were stolen, every piece of furniture broken or damaged. We are still unpacking the disaster they left for us but here are the highlights: - Underestimated moving needs and extorted us for a second moving truck - Tried to scam us asking for payments multiple ways claiming the banks were freezing their account - Used filthy Uhauls (ruined lots of our belongings) - Stolen electronics (ROKU etc) - Refusal to discuss issues after 24hrs! Who can unpack that fast? This should've told us the type of move we were getting but we had hoped for common sense instead of horrible customer service.

A detailed version of my experience below. Started off on the wrong foot since they were over an hour late. They showed up in a uhaul. Said that all their trucks were in the shop. During the move, they managed to lose/misplace/steal ( who knows?!) 1 small bookcase, two shelves to a bookcase and a box that contained jewelry and other items. Also have a desk that will not make another move and a sofa table that is now wobbly. Granted, the jewelry is of no monetary value but has great sentimental value. There was damage to a $300 tv stand. Damage to the walls. At one point I had to ask them to be more careful and even showed them the damage they were inflecting on my belongings. Once the truck was full and they got to point b, I showed them were everything needed to be moved to. They all smelled of marijuana. Which isn't a big deal, but now their once relatively quick pace became a snails pace. I had to ask them to leave my stuff on the street to go make a second trip bc they were taking forever! We were told they would be able to disassemble furniture if needed. They couldn't get one of the beds apart but my 120lbs sister was able to do it, no problem. They took apart my bed but it's been at least a month and I still don't have the screws to my bed that they took out. They had no pads or any equipment with them. They had to use my tools to take apart the furniture. They didn't even have water!! It was in June and they were asking me for water bc they had nothing to drink!! We've been emailing the owner/manager about being reimbursed for the damage and missing items and have been told they have to "investigate" and it could take up to 60 days. Smh ridiculous. So disappointed in the customer service. If they address the issues accordingly I'll update my review otherwise, do not hire these ppl! Yes mam, you definitely moved us. Booking was simple. Pick a date and time, pay the deposit (50%) and you're booked. You receive a confirmation through PayPal, also you are required to pay via PayPal so be prepared to login to your account. The website could be more descriptive. Fine print reads that you should call prior to booking to confirm that the slot is in fact available and they can accommodate your booking. I however booked and confirmed after. It states on their website that all contact will be returned within 48hrs but I had to reach out again 72 hrs later to confirm booking and accommodations. I gave 4 stars for this reason. After paying your deposit and booking something as intimate as this, I believe companies should be mindful to confirm and update their clients as stated. Otherwise you leave clients feeling anxious and worried. When booking you also have an opportunity to choose the amount of guests, location of your choice (they help if you need a location), and add special request. I booked "Just the two of us" at $200. Event includes, tableware, rugs, pillows, tepee, battery powered candles, decor, plate-ware, silverware, glasses, sparkling water and charcuterie . Unfortunately we did not receive the tepee at our booking which I was looking forward to. We opted for a fruit board, which was okay. The dessert they included was also alright. Nothing special. All and all, This luxury picnic company sets up some beautiful arrangements. I recommend packing your own libations if quality is what you seek. It is really convenient to have someone else set the scene for your special occasions.

I was clearly told, "yes, they will be fine." The order cost $75, so I trusted that assurance. Unfortunately, by the next day one of the balloons had already deflated. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the business before leaving a review. I have called four times and left a voicemail, hoping to discuss a partial refund, but I have not received any response. At this point it feels like my calls are simply being ignored. This situation is very disappointing. If a product may not last overnight, customers should be told honestly so they can plan accordingly. Ignoring multiple calls from a customer trying to resolve a problem is unprofessional and not the way customers should be treated.
